Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueAfter requesting natural lashes, I left with caterpillars on my eyes bcuz the lashes were done horrible (not to mention they started coming off the same night in certain areas). I called back to explain the situation and before I could finish, Alesha (she sits directly in the front) hangs up on me.I was able to get my money back, but the quality of service was horrible and I’ll never return back here.Update: the other areas that weren’t coming off had glue from root to almost the tip. Ive been going here for 3 years now off and on and this place has def. had some changes. Today had appointment. They were ready for me to come in which was good. However the water for the pedi. Was very cold and the gentleman that was working on my pedi. Was rushing through it and I drove over 2 hours bc they usually do a good job and the prices are nice. I’m am waiting for someone else to come do my pedi and full set so we will see how that goes.

Soo I went in to get ONE of my acrylic nails fixed bc it broke.. I go in and told the lady I’m trying to get my nail fixed. She charged me $5 for ONE NAIL!!!! But it’s not my first time going here and getting my nail fixed. I was so confused bc i came here a month ago and got my nail fixed for FREE!!! Smh!
