This place is the worst nail salon ever!!!!! Got my nails done for my wedding and they completely messed them up!!! Went back in a few days later to get them fixed and it’s only been 2 days and they are completely off!!! I always get s & s nails back home and they last 3 weeks these lasted 3 days! Now my wedding is Saturday and I’m out $160 and no nails! And they refused to fix it

Absolutely horrible my sister-in-law got cut by the guy and they didn’t even get all the nail Polish from the last time I have my nails done off! He left air bubbles and parts where my nails were breaking off in clipped and just put acrylic over it and all the manager could say is ohh I give you $3 discount that’s all I can do you have to talk to him so he can handle it. If I could give it negative stars I would give it a negative 5 absolutely atrocious and then they rip you off money wise they charged more for my fill-in than they did for a regular full set of nails. Plus the manager threaten to call the cops on me because I was complaining about the service we received

Critical: ProfessionalismI have been going here for at least 7 years and they are always busy but do a good job. I went in today and they were busy as usual and I picked out my nail color for my pedicure and no one spoke to me after I found my color I sat down no one still spoke to me after about 10 minutes another lady walks in getting a manicure and she is spoken too right away and ask would she like a pedicure today too…..I guess she was just a little bit more important tham me! Critical: Quality, ValueI chose this salon because they had one of the better ratings for nails salons in commerce and were the only one that was not by appointment only. My nails looked ok in the lighting in the salon. But once I was in good lighting they look horrible. I have bubbles in four of them. The polish looks like a child did it. The sides of my nails look horrible. They are to long and I asked to have them cut down more and she just ignored me. I completely wasted my money on this. Due to my previous job in food I was unable to get them done. And now that I am, I wish I never would have. The quality isn’t great. I am very disappointed with this salon. I chose this salon because they had one of the better ratings for nails salons in commerce and were the only one that was not by appointment only. My nails looked ok in the lighting in the salon. But once I was in good lighting they look horrible. I have bubbles in four of them. The polish looks like a child did it. The sides of my nails look horrible. Been going here since high school. These ladies are amazing and friendly and do amazing job every time I go in. They are very clean. If you need to call and set appointment they always answer the phone. Every place I’ve ever called to set up an appointment they would never answer their phones. They are also very friendly to kids that come in with parents. My kids love them and love to go with me to either watch or get their nails done.
