Great placeThey are always so nice. usually as a guy I get wired looks when I enter a nail salon but this place is warm and friendly. New pedicure chairs make it even more enjoyable

The absolute WORST nail salon ever. There should be a 0 stars option. The ladies are extremely pushy and very rude. They hover over you while you’re picking a color and make you feel bad about the color you choose. She comments on the dog hair that’s on my pants and starts picking it off saying “oh that’s a lot of hair”. They show me a color palette when half of the colors they are showing me, they don’t even have. Literally a joke. Then after I get my pedicure done, my nails are DRY. The lady puts on a quick drying liquid and wraps my feet in plastic wrap. She says I can put on my shoes and be fine. I get home and my nails are ruined. They would’ve been fine if she didn’t put that liquid on it and rush me out. I’m very disappointed in my experience here. I’ve lived in the area for about 6 years now and have had no problems with this salon, but I think my time here has now come to an end. I highly recommend going elsewhere!

I have been going to Nail Passion since 2015, with a gap from 2017-2018 when I was in another state. With each visit I have seen their services decline…not to mention the particularly odious behavior of some of the staff who coat their odiousness with saccharine-sweet lilted “Thank youuu” after having rushed you to select a nail color, pestering you to add a massage for $10 more, rushing through callous removal, perfunctory use of the hot stones which form a part of the pedicure but which they used just for 5 seconds…while charging you fully for it. The worst, however, is yet to come – after you have paid in cash to the person who did your pedicure and waiting for your nails to dry, they ring you up and ask you again if they should add further tip to it…and hound you if you don’t! After you decline saying that you have already paid $5 in cash as tip, this one particular middle-aged woman with short hair that curls out like feathers walks up to you and tells you that you haven’t paid tip to the other person, Michelle! Incidentally, Michelle, is, in all likelihood the owner of the place and restricts herself mostly to gel manicure. Apparently, you cannot tip collectively – you have to tip a minimum of $3 ($5 preferred) to each person who had touched you in course of the services! That amounts to $10 approximately if you have been catered to by 2 persons and near about $15 if by 3 persons…and this is over and above the services fee. So, if your services cost you $135 (which mine did with gel manicure, pedicure and callous removal), and after you have already paid $5 in cash to the person who did your pedicure, be prepared to be hounded for extra tip! Honestly, if I have to pay near about $150 for their services, I would rather go to a more professional place than Nail Passion in my own Bergen County!

I’ve had a great experience here. I received a gel manicure and my nails look beautiful. My experience was great. I also recently had a facial with Sara and my skin looks and feels great. You get the same experience as a high end salon but it’s a lot cheaper. Overall I would recommend this salon.

If I could 0 stars I would put 0 . I went for ombre manicure , they did the worst job I’ve ever had. Totally upset with the result. The owner, an Asian woman, if you indicate that the job is not well done, she responds sarcastically, she is the most spoiled and unprofessional person I have seen in any nail salon. Despite everything, she demands and wants to impose on you that you leave a good tip. She need to learn a lot about customer service. I will never return obviously. Don’t waste your time going to this place. It is not worth it. High prices and unqualified staff to offer a good experience, including the owner of course. .

Only giving a 2 because the last time I went, the lady did the whole pedicure AFTER painting my toes…soaked my feet in the water and scrubbed after painting…who does that???? Likely will not return.

We had a mother/daughter afternoon with Mani/Pedi and the staff was wonderful, ended up with 2 massages but it wasn’t what we wanted. I saw one client getting a short little shoulder rub and asked about a massage. Ended up paying $26 dollars! It was a great massage but not what I wanted. Just be sure your nail techs know they should offer a shoulder rub to all. But had a great time and the place was so clean and bright
