First time I had a very good experience, second time was probably one of the worst manicures I’ve ever paid for. She started off with “what did you do?!” When looking at my nails. Admittedly I hate long nails and do pick my nails but I’ve gotten countless manicures when they were short and it’s never been an issue. The woman was rushed the entire time. She got up multiple times during my service to answer the phone and go to the bathroom. She eventually brought the phone over to our station and answered the phone 2 times whilst doing my nails. She acted exasperated that she could not do my nails properly because they were “too short”, again I’ve never had this issue. After she was done with the colour she stood up and walked away and never came back. A 14ish year old child finished my serviced, which was very strange. The end result is a very messy gel manicure. I was hoping to make this my “go to” place as I live in Clarendon Hills but that will NOT be happening. I will drive a bit further and go to Downers Grove or Hinsdale where I’ve gotten better service. Suggest you avoid at all costs.
