Went here for my first manicure (ever) and I thought it was very well done. I picked the most basic option with nail polish, and the nail technician was very professional. Waited for a few days to see how long the polish lasted before posting a review (the first picture is with the new manicure and the second picture shows how it looks after 10 days). It’s been 10 days and I would say it’s held up really well. 🙂

Making an appointment was so easy & I got my nails done the same day! I do wish they had more variety in the dip polish & I wish they lasted longer. I’ve also never had this bad of hang nail. I don’t think I’ll come back for dip but definitely for a pedicure

Nail Palette is the best salon in the area! The technicians are really precise and super nice, the owner is a wonderful lady, and they add nice little touches to the services (hand sheet mask!). I’ve been going since I moved to Chicago and the nails are perfect everytime.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! I’ve been going here for 3-4 years now. The owner is very friendly and runs a great establishment. Her team is also amazing. They are extremely friendly and are very good at their jobs. My nails always look amazing and last so long. She uses only quality products and has a huge selection of colors. I never feel rushed which is one of the reasons I always leave having a great experience. Best around, trust me!!!

We were excited to try a new place and quickly disappointed. We called saying we were going to be late but no more then 10 minutes and were told fine but not longer as they had another client. Mind you it was 3 of us for mani and pedis at 530 and they close at 7 so was shocked they were taking others. After we sat in the chairs they told us they could no longer do the manis just a polish changed. The pedi took less then 30 minutes and that was with polish. Do not recommend! They are looking to turn and burn.

I’ve gone to this nail salon under 5 times and had a decent experience up till recently. I made an appointment ahead of time with a nail technician I preferred. I arrived, got my nails done and when I went to pay, the woman at the desk questioned my tip for my service. I was absolutely blown away as I had never ever been spoken to that way. She was trying to explain their customer rotation system to me and how since I made an appointment, I should tip either 20% or more because she missed a “walk-in.” Due to me scheduling an appointment! How is me making an appointment my problem? Not to mention telling me how much i should tip someone is SO unprofessional. I paid $65 for my service which is expensive to begin with! I will never go back here. I’m sad because I actually enjoyed my service, just not the lady at the front desk who should not be working there. I hope no one ever experiences what I went through!
