Disappointed.. had an appt for 3 of us for a manicure and pedicure all at the same time. I think they may have been short staffed so I understand to a point but only 1 pedicure was started 15 min after our appt time. My pedicure was started 45 min after our appt time. And an hour after our appts were scheduled for, my friend was still not started on and she knew she wouldn’t be done in time before work so she unfortunately had to leave. I wish they had communicated that to us in the beginning . They felt bad I could tell buy it was just a shame. It was my wedding weekend and I was there to get my nails done with my two best friends so it was just a bummer. It was unfortunately our first time there so most likely won’t be returning. I do give them credit my nails did turn out pretty nice so I thank them for that.

Manicure and pedicures are fine. That’s not the issue. When I went to pay the man at the front would not accept my debit/credit card. Instead he wanted me to get cash using his ATM which had a surcharge of $5.00. The total was $85.00 which I had no problem paying but did not have it in cash. He accepted the debit cards of the women behind me. When I asked why I could not use my debit card he did not have a valid reason. Instead he took $5.00 off the total order which proves to me he knew he was in the wrong. I had to go to my bank to get cash. Although I like the way the technicians did my nails I will never come back due to feeling slighted. Customer service and treating everyone equally is just as important as the quality of work you perform.

The head nail technician who does pink and white acrylic is the absolute best I’ve ever dealt with anywhere. She listens to your preferences and actually executes what you want. Very talented! Clean and great pedicure options too!

The service is slow, if you get here early. The nails are okay, when doing they remove your cuticles in preparing the nail. The nails are not even, the workers rush when doing your nails. The tips fall off when they add them so they add more nail glue which makes it chunky. The shape of the tip is sorta uneven, slanted to the side. The workers will stare at

the owner knows EXACTLY what she is doing but the rest do not. And we had called beforehand for acrylic and gel sets which was 35$ but when we were finished she said it’s originally 45 for shape and length but cause we are minors its 40$ . and one of the workers interrupted our conversation and was rude.

Great salon. The staff are really nice and customer satisfaction focused. They do a great job. Much nicer than other salons in the area. Very clean. I would recommend setting an appointment, though walk-ins are welcome.

i got acrylic nails two days ago and paid $30 just for them to chip off already. im going in tomorrow and i want my money back i’m livid anytime i get acrylics they last at least a week and a half before they start to chip. one nail is already completely off and normally if it comes off it hurts and it didnt it was barely even on.

The absolute WORST experience ever. Although they do say they accept credit/debit cards, I was asked to go to the ATM which charged me $2, and he gave me back $5, which I guess is worth it to him to not pay income tax to our government. They bumped me from tech to tech, no one spoke any English or even tried to. They started vacuuming around us while we were still getting our nails done, almost ran over my purse and our eyes were itching the remainder of the night from the dust/acrylic flying around. Our nails started chipping and breaking the SAME night. Never EVER again
