People were really nice! The lady we talked to on the phone was so nice and a lot of help! Masks are not mandatory and you may choose if you’d like to wear one, I got a simple manicure on my nails and the woman was a little rough. I got a cut in index finger from her filing my nail to rough and then she sprayed anti bacterial spray on it and it burnt really bad, they just don’t look that amazing but part of that is how short my nails are, I will give a picture of the finished set and the cut I got from the filing, she was also not the best at the nail painting! Should’ve done another coat because the color doesn’t look black enough and there’s a good amount of polish on my cuticles and around my fingers, some has already chipped a little.

My last and final visit was on August 17th, 2022. As a regular customer for the past several years, it got to the point where when I arrived from my appointments the owner, mike would not even greet me. Yet, I watched in disbelief as he would greet from his station people that had not made an appointment and were acting as walk-ins. I felt very insulted, like I didn’t matter.

I really don’t understand how this place have a 4.0….. from the moment I walked in there they were rude . All I got was a fill in and my nails didn’t even last a whole 24 HOURS ! the shape Is terrible I can still see some of my polish from the last set I had. Nails breaking! $45 for nothing … being the person I am I just paid them cause I didn’t want to cause a scene but I will Never go back !

You get what you pay for I guess. The lady was very nice but she was also very rough. When she was filing my nails and working on my cuticles it hurt. I didn’t notice til I left but I had reshape and clip off a sharp edge on my nails when I got home and the nail polish coloring is inconsistent in some areas. Maybe on of the other manicurists are better.

When I got there nobody greeted me, then a girl came but her nose was so far in her phone she told me sit and the guy came out I like how he did my nails, someone else painted them and got paint on my cuticles then she tried to get it off with the buffer (ouch) my eye brows turned out great. My pedicure I feel wasn’t done how I’ve had them done before, she didn’t file my nails, and she kept stopping to text someone on her phone. And now one of my toes, my WHITE polish is turning a different color. I will never go back there!!

I’ve been coming here for years and within the last two or three months I have been very unhappy with the acrylic filll ins. I’ve had to go back at least 8 times for repairs! I don’t know if its bad acrylic or what. Also I went in on my birthday and the male owner cut me with the drill and told me it was because I was moving my hand! Didn’t even get the offer of a beverage! The polish chips on the tips and the edges and the acrylic chips on the sides and snags on everything! Also, while I was sitting there, Jimmy comes and starts massaging my shoulders and neck. So he charged me $20 and I didn’t even ask for the service! The language barrier is pretty bad. I’m looking for a new salon!

I will start with what was good first, my pedicure. The tech that did my pedicure took her time and I was very satisfied. However, my full set was horrible. A different tech (Kim) did my full set while I was getting my pedicure. She cut my real nails down and didn’t file them or anything. She then went on to put the tips on, they are all different lengths and some of them wasn’t even the right size so my nails are showing on the sides. She sped through my nails like she was in a hurry (no one was waiting). In less than a week my nails are already coming up and off. This was my first and last time going to this salon.
