Nail tech wouldn’t get off her phone to even show me color options or show me where the sink was when it was time to wash my hands. When I got home it looked like I was ready for a fill. A week and a half later, a nail popped off. Absolute waste of money and an uncomfortable experience. Pics are the day I got the nails. By two weeks, I’d lost three nails. Pictures were taken the day I got the nails done.

The pedicure was done nicely but the polish was done horribly. I asked for a polish change because I did not like the workmanship of the polish. The manager told me there was nothing wrong with the polish and they weren’t going to change it. She demanded that I pay, leave, and go to somewhere else if I did not like the workmanship. She said they already spent enough time on my feet. So I left $30 less and very upset. I have been going to this salon for over 15 years….before they got the clout they have now. So, now I have to find a new nail salon….pay for a polish change….on a fresh pedicure….mad as hell….big waste of time and money. I mean seriously….you couldn’t do a repolish….takes 10 minutes. Crazy…..would rather lose a customer and make the money. Everyone can’t polish….and that’s a fact. The polish is jacked up around my cuticles….and people agreed with me….that’s the crazy part. Looks ugly and rushed. Mind you all over this happened when I was getting a manicure….when I asked to speak to a manager…..so I have to get my nails finished somewhere else as well. Management refused to continue services once I made a complaint. They just wanted the money.

I usual go here but my guy Ben and some other good techs don’t seem to be any longer there and I had to use another tech for refill… did not like. 2 weeks later I go back for a pedi and acrylic soak off and full set. When my service was done I felt as if my hand went through war. It was a disappointment. Today I had to go back .. I could not let my 45 dollars for this set go down the drain… I am sorry but I am never going back to this place…. the owner seem annoyed with me for wanting it fixed. I did get it done… still not the best but a bit better. In 15 to 20 mins he got full set complete and my finger on finger looking like knobs. They better get their act together. Got my nails done for the first time with Bee today. A friend at work recommended her. She did an amazing job. Very professional and looks exactly like the picture on Pinterest. She is by appointments only and i would call her a week in advance as she books up fast. Highly recommend BEE at nail palace ☺️

Dow did my pedicure. The massage was great but the polishing was mediocre. He acted as if he was in a rush the entire time. I asked him to fix my toe that had bubbled but all he did was add more polish instead of starting over. Just sucks because this is the best of the worst in Lee county. You guys may want to try your luck and drive to southern pines, fuquay, or Raleigh.

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. Today I went and got almond shaped nails, pretty short and there is swirls on every finger. I was expecting to pay about 50/55 because that is how much my nails are usually with any type of design. I paid $70. I like the nails but for the price they could have been A LOT better, the girl that did my nails cut me a bunch of times also! She didn’t inform me that anything she did would be extra either, she used colored powder but I told her regular acrylic. When I went to the front even the boys were confused as to why they were that much and all she said was the designs. I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now. Today I went and got almond shaped nails, pretty short and there is swirls on every finger. I was expecting to pay about 50/55 because that is how much my nails are usually with any type of design. I paid $70. This is the worse manicure I ever had. The stuff was rude, the guy that did my nails charge me $5 extra to remove the “gel nail polish”. I did not have gel nail polish but I did not argue in hopes he would do a good job, please take a look a the picture before you waste your money at this place. Pedicure

I typically go to the same person to get the same ombré fill in, but this person was out so I had to go to a different nail tech today. Her drill was too high and it burned my nail beds, I told her, she turned it down, she does my fill in and there was not enough acrylic/powder used, so it’s very thin around my cuticle, she then files my nails down almost to the nub and I’m telling her it’s hurting because she’s literally filing skin at this point. The entire experience was terrible, I do not like my nails at all. But I’m not one to not pay for service, so I just chalked it up to won’t go to this nail tech again, no huge deal. WRONG! To make matters worse, I’m charged $5 more than what I’ve always paid for an ombré fill in after even the young man at the front desk said TO ME it should be $30 not $35. Not even the manager would reason with me. I loved my nail tech I normally go to, but this place has lost a customer, and I will not be going back. Would NOT recommend it this place if you do not have a preferred person to go to every time.

They were busy when I got there, but the wait wasn’t long. My nail lady, Tea, was amazing. Stationed at 21. She was very thorough and attentive. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted them and I’m very pleased with my experience it being my first time there. I think I have a new nail lady.

They do the worst pedicures I have ever had! They barely carry regular nail polish, only gel. The only regular nail polish they have is DNC. No OPI options which are known to last longer and be of better quality. They will attempt to convince you to get gel because they do such a poor job painting with regular nail polish which has a looser consistency compared to gel. Some of the regular polishes are old, clumpy and thick. They will not even bother trying to thin out the polish. They will paint your toes anyway- with the clumpy polish. Not to mention they rush the entire time. 3 days later the DNC polish was chipping off my toes. Just very poor quality pedicures. Would not recommend to anyone in this area.
