Critical: Cleanliness, QualityThe lady who did my nail was really nice, but her technique is really horrible.I got a tip glued and a little bit of acrylic on one broken nail but the tip did not cover the sides so it still hurts. The tips point upwards so its really obvious that it’s not my real nail.When she puts on top gel, she purposely applies over my cuticles so she cleans them off with a brush. The problem is, the top gel did not wipe very well so my cuticles are very shiny because there is a very thin layer of top coat that wont peel off. And I have so much top gel under my nail, it is so uncomfortable.Even though the color was not opaque, she did not to apply three coats. And its uneven sheer which is really ugly.She cut my cuticles so roughly that i have cuts on the sides of my finger and the gel is literally stuck to the cuticles. That’s really not okay. Critical: Professionalism, QualityDid not feel comfortable at all. I did not want my nails shortened but that technician clipped them so short couldn’t even do a French manicure. Then she used the dremel tool to “smooth” my nails which I did not see any because it makes them too thin. No communication just did what she wanted. I won’t be back.Services: Pedicure, Manicure
