I went here this afternoon as a walk in and when I showed up the owner said I could sit down in a pedicure chair right away. I thought this meant that I would be attended to right away. It did not. I understand that when you’re a walk in usually you have to wait, but she didn’t tell me this at all. I sat in that chair for over 30 min waiting. My pedicure was less than 30 min….the lady that did my nails was rude, didn’t ask me about any preferences (nail length), gave me a 20 second foot massage, was obviously irritated to do my nails (which is weird if that’s your job), and did a sloppy job on my nails–there’s parts of my nails not painted and instead polish on my skin….and I was charged 5% to use my credit card. I will not go back to this nail salon ever. The other technicians seemed nice, that’s the only positive I can mention.

Refuse to have Mia work on you. She talks too much and not in English, she could not paint on a French manicure, one of the other ladies had to do it, then they tried to up charge me from 40.00 to 45.00. The last time I went in was on a Sunday today is Mon. Mia wanted to know why I didn’t come back on a Sunday. What’s it matter what day I walk in, I won’t be going back a third time. Speak English your in the USA and try speaking to your customers not each other, IT’S RUDE

I got a full set acrylic and gel polish. The gentleman who performed the service was fast, gentle and listened to what I wanted. They are set up for social distancing and checked my temperature before my service.I was very satisfied with my nails and professionalism and will be returning. Thank you all.

Went here with my friend since we both recently moved out to Liberty Lake. We came a bit early for our appointment and were able to get right in, they had a ton of gel color options, and they have punch cards!! WHAT. While there you just got this great vibe, they really knew their customers, they asked about their families, joked together about dating advice, and all knew each other by name. The lady who helped do my nails also paid so close to detail my nails look fabulous, you can tell she really cared and took her time. It was just a great experience, we definitely found our place!

I love Nail Palace. It has a lovely sweet vibe with lots of flowers, great chairs and it feels super clean.They accommodates my wish to be apart from people for my pedicure. They allow me to schedule with my desired technician. She is sweet and friendly while respecting that I enjoy a good book while I get a great nail job. The delicate hand it takes to do this lovely gel French manicure that lasts is highly skilled. Grateful to have found a place near home that I enjoy.

Went in for a pedicure but it was SO hot and stuffy in there I had to leave. I’m sure I would’ve passed out from heat stroke if I stayed. What’s with the no AC when it’s 90 degrees out??

My legs are bone dry from no lotion. And then I satin down for a manicure and I had never had it before and she didn’t ask me if I wanna dip. She proceeded to say that she could fix one of my nails which I assumed was going to be with an acrylic tip and then regular nail polish on everything else. $50 later just for a manicure that I didn’t ask for, I’m pretty upset. My hands are bone dry she didn’t give me a massage or anything. And she didn’t utter a single word to me the entire hour that I was there. I will never come back. I wanted a very thin line French manicure and it is extremely chunky.
