It was a nice and clean environment. My wait was not too long. The young man that completed my pedicure was really nice. The older guy was not rude but was a slight bit unprofessional. He propped his cellphone up and watched his phone the entire time he did my nails. His wife was really nice. My nails came out pretty decent but the acrylic on my thumb is detaching already.

This is my favorite nail spot in dutchtown!! They take the time to match the colors in the photos I bring in as requests, and my nails almost always turn out better than the photos themselves. Critical: QualityThis was my second time going to this place. First time the older man did my dip nails, came out beautifully, so I decided to go back a second time, bad decision. He did the dip and told me to just sit there and let my nails air dry. I said, aren’t you forgetting the light, he said no no, it’s fine. So he put the cuticle oil on and told me to go and wash my hands, why the dip started bubbling. He then had to buff the top coat off and didn’t re dip my nails and just put more top coat on and then used the light. Now the top coat is peeling from the end of my nails and I just got them done on Thursday. Why should a customer have to tell you the process. You should already know. $35.00 wasted. These people messed up me, my mom, and her best friend’s manicures. They did soo horribly! They asked to redo it but we would’ve been sitting there all day! We were their only customers at that moment and they still messed up. They had their daughter doing their nails and their daughter had no idea what she was doing. It isn’t worth it. Their pedicures are perfect and so are their acrylics but if you want your acrylics filed into a shape or your nails polished this is NOT the place for you
