I’ve been here several times but because of my job I’m not able to come as often as I like but today I went because their website said they close at 8 I even called before I went but when I got there he was absolutely rude and then tells me that their close SMH and people were still there getting their nails done and the door was still open next time I’ll take my business elsewhere. And this was at 6pm WOW

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI have gone to this shop for about a year, today the lady that usually services me no longer works there so I had someone working there do my nails and my nails are lumpy looking and she charged me 3 dollars more than the formrr person, a man working said if uou don’t like the nails don’t come back. I am from VA and this is my 3rd time In Birmingham and the 3rd time my nails have been done piss poorly!!! I am very convinced that natural nails aren’t being worn down here. Everyone I know here wear fake nails and they always look flawless! Pam was my tech, she was rough, heavy handed and i don’t think she can see well. My toes look okay. My nails look horrid! My 5 year old English bull dog could’ve done much better. I get my nails done often and I have never ever had an experience like this! Only

Service was very bad, the tech I had was not knowledgeable about powder for nails she was trying to brush it on instead of dipping it on. She had to cover my nail with another cor to cover up her mistake. I will never go their again bad choice.

I’ve never experienced service of this nature. Got a pedicure done yesterday, when I got home I noticed a few of my toe nails where partially polished. I called to inquire about getting the nails repolished. I was told to come on because there wasn’t a wait. When I arrived there was about 6 people waiting. They instructed me to sit in “chair #5”. Lisa instantly began to tell me what I did wrong. I said this is gel and is supposed to dry quickly. Long story short, she told me my nails were cracked & I should’ve gotten acrylic on my toes because the polish was cracked. After bringing to her attention that it was a polish error she fixed it but walked away with polish on my skin and it was wet still. I tried to get her attention but she act as if she didn’t hear me then went to the back… #CustomerServiceFail #PoorService #StopPatronizingBusinessesWhoDontValueYou

Terrible job! They were rude and quite frankly did not know what they were doing. My shape looks a mess and this ombré is just bad. Will not be going back. Also, my nails started to lift just a few days after getting them done.

I should not have to tell you 3X’s “Don’t use the drill to remove the gel polish off my toes!” I just recently started coming here as of March 30th and always have gotten gel polish on both my nails and toes and no one has ever used a drill to remove it on my toes until 5/24/18. Remover, foil, files, cotton swabs were all available but I guess he was in a hurry and wanted to get my pedi finished faster. After telling him to stop twice, he got one of the ladies to assist and here she goes pulling out the same d*** drill! I walked out wet feet and all and will never return! I wish I could give 0 stars!
