First impressions are everything! My first impression of the Nail Palace was Great! The staff was very friendly and the gentleman who checked me in was very knowledgeable. Came in as walk on a sat. Lena the Manager was kindly enough to take care of me because I has a date that night .even when she was book solid that day .she made time to take care of me. The pedicure & manicure service was one of best experience I ever has she also gave me a glass of wine with the service . What a experience!!! the place got great vibes. Now that is 5 stars service . I’ve had my nails done several times and always looked amazing when I left. Today the person who did my nails e-filed most of my SNS off to almost bare nails which can damage natural nails rather than soak. They also didn’t put on the dip color I picked out. Once finished I looked at swatches and saw numbers were 1 off. I accepted my nails the way they were for I didnt want to embarrass the employee. They also left residue of previous color on fingers. I will still go back to get nails done but not to same person.

I made an appt for a mani & pedi. First time there. Walking in, the atmosphere is pleasing. It’s open, bright and clean. I was acknowledged and sat almost immediately. Unfortunately, the man who did both my mani & pedi did not do a sufficient job. Paint was all over my toes and my fingers were left with jagged edges and split sides.

I was not happy with service at Nail Place. Had a pedicure the other day. Never was given a menu with pricing so I went for the basic. I chose gel polish. After the service I was told the gel polish was an additional 25.00! Next time , if I go back I will ask to see the price menu before having any type of service! Pedicure

The BEST! I have had my nails done in California, Tenn, New York, and now here. This was such a wonderful experience. It is a beautiful store with plenty of services and quality workmanship. Very friendly technicians that stand by their work. I will definitely be returning. They accommodated for our wedding group to get different services done.

I had just moved to Aiken and came to Nail Palace on my 8 days after moving here per recommendations on NextDoor. Things seemed to start out great with my pedicure by Morgan. After that, she was supposed to do my manicure but I think she got sick and disappeared. I ended up having Nancy for my manicure and she did a good job except for constantly being interrupted with the responsibility of picking up phone calls. I thought to myself, that’s impressive that they are making sure to take calls. I checked out and no one asked if I wanted a new appointment. I wasn’t concerned because I relied on the fact that I could call back and book a time that suited my schedule where someone was always covering the phones. Drum roll….I called back three times and left voicemails requesting a new appointment. I assumed someone would call me back the next hour or next day. Each time, no call back. I have two rules. 1. Try to give a business the benefit of the doubt and over three tries. 2. If the business doesn’t have their act together and doesn’t know how to return calls, do not use them again. So I will not be going back here. And a note to management. I spend more than $3500 on my nails annually and was going to book mani pedi’s for my daughters wedding. You lost my business.
