My pedicure was HORRIBLE! It started with me selecting the $60 pedicure plus $15 for gel Polish. That was fine! But then she didn’t push the cuticles back on my your nails, she didn’t trim my cuticles but she pretended to! The reason I know, is I haven’t had a pedicure since the day before thanksgiving 2021, so you can’t tell me I won’t have cuticles to trim! She did NOT trim my toenails, I had to ask. Once she did, She did not file to shape them. I let it go, everyone does things different so maybe she does it later. Again, I haven’t had one in over 8 months, she barely scrubbed my feet to get the dead skin, I specifically asked for the “cheese grater” tool because I know how I like my feet! I knew my heels cracked and needed the dead skin off. Nope. I asked to please massage harder, with more pressure, nope. Then she jumped into Polish. That set me off. It was all over the cuticles, all over the top of my toes. THEN she put my feet in the paraffin wax after it was all done. Then she got cotton to clean it off. I said please clean up the cuticles with all the Polish. She took the cuticles trimmers and started trimming the excess off. They started chipping. I finally said forget it. Just take the Polish off. She got the drill and sanded it off, I still have bits of color on my nails. Will never, ever go there again. I still paid even though some wouldn’t!

We walked in about 6pm no one was there so no wait time and I didn’t catch the ladies name that did my names but she was nice , talked when I talked to her other then that it was quite an relaxing my daughters first time in a nail salon and she had a good time out nails came out perfect! Also got my brows waxed an they actually came out better then I ever had them ! (Red slides) and Kevin did mine he was AMAZING! I would go back for him to do pedicures alone. Then when it came to my nails they did not clean or file or soak. She (same lady who did my boyfriends feet) immediately put on the tips and as she did some were crooked and others (after filing) weren’t smooth and I told her. Instead of her fixing the problem she went to someone else who told me that if I wasn’t satisfied that they’d soak it and try again or I just can’t get them done. So we go to restart and the lady disappears. I ask “where is she” and the lady that was called says “you scared her so either I or another person will do it when one of us is done.” So I just paid for the pedicures and left. I had a horrible experience there. I went to get pedicures with my bf and the lady that did his did HORRIBLE. (Red slides) and Kevin did mine he was AMAZING! I would go back for him to do pedicures alone. Then when it came to my nails they did not clean or file or soak. First I went in and just had my nails and toes painted with gel polish because in know if I don’t it will be messed up before I get to my car “no lie”. Well within 2 hours they peeled off . Called Kim the owner said come in Monday I’ll fix. Well went in and she said she wasn’t doing it for free I’ve been going to this place since the beginning. Will never go back her place her responsibility. Just wow
