The WORST pedicure I’ve ever had , I was cut multiple times on my toes to wear it started to bleed,I had acrylic overlay on my big toe from previous pedicure at another salon as he’s trying to remove without barely soaking it off he uses a nail tip and it splits my nail , I had to keep telling him it hurts and to please just stop! My toes weren’t shaped as to what I asked just terrible ! I informed the manager of my experience and he tried to make an excuse as to why my nail split …… NEVER AGAIN!! Don’t waste your time or money !!!!!!!!

I called beforehand for a last minute appointment for 2. I was met with patience & availability, which isn’t normal for me. When arriving I received amazing customer service & beautiful nails by Ryan. He was friendly & an ace at what he does. My sister wasn’t completely satisfied at first with her manicure but the issue was addressed quickly and graciously. The atmosphere is welcoming & not rushed. We both feel our experience was the best we’ve ever had! ❤️ we’ll definitely be visiting this establishment periodically.

My family and I were visiting the area for a retirement ceremony. We made an appointment for 3 of us to receive manicures. En route to the appointment we decided to add pedicures if they could accommodate. We checked-in a few minutes before our appointment and were greeted almost immediately. They were happy to add the pedicures with no fuss. The ambience was very relaxing and the service was amazing! Our stylists were polite and were comfortable making small talk to pass the time. Everything said in done we were in the salon for about 1 hour from check-in to final payment. I would highly recommend this salon to others.

It wasn’t the best for an ordinary manicure and pedicure. I think the problem was that my wife and I came in about an hour before closing and the working ladies (not the host/boss lady) were ready to go home. We didn’t realize it was close to closing until they had already started.

Love this place! I was a walk in with no wait so that was amazing, idk if it happens all that time. But I went in for a pedi and it was amazing they did they jelly pedi. I also ended up getting a mani and brows but it was worth it. I was offered water or a slushy. Who has slushies!? Lol I also love that Katie my nail tech informed me of the pricing before starting just to make sure I was aware before we dis anything and I wasn’t shocked at the price in the end. Overall great experience. Ill be back in 2 weeks for a fill in.

The overall average for stars is correct. Located in the area before you get the the aggregated shopping stores of the Norfolk Premium Outlets, this is a newer business maybe about 1.5 years old. Nice decor and plenty of pedicure chairs and tables for nail services. Parking is shared with adjacent businesses. They do have table top kiosk where you can sign up and sign in to accumulate points with your visits. What I didn’t like about this is that on your initial visit, that visit doesn’t count. It asks for your phone number and you’re able to send your critique of that day’s services.
