Today I had my appointment at nail now with Yesenia she was nice and welcoming. I picked my colors and asked for the $50 pedicure. We were talking and everything was good. I told her If she was going to take out the dead skin and everything went down hill her attitude change she painted my toes then didn’t complete the whole pedicure and wanted to charge me $50 I told her no I’m not paying $50 You didn’t even complete it she charge me $30 and there are the pictures. I have nail polish on my skin they are so ugly I don’t know why I even paid I should get refund! — feeling disappointed at Nail Now.

Natalie did my nails and she was very rough, not careful at all. My nails came out chunky and very bad. I really disliked my visit. I wouldnt have paid the $30, but I am a polite person.

Its called Nails Now but they also say they do eyebrows and facial waxing, the chair you sit on to get waxing done is right in the middle of the massage chairs and across from the nail stations there is not a room and you’re not even laying back first off your sitting up in a rolling chair not professional at all once I called her out on it she said she wasn’t done but I was not going to let mess them up more she was very pushy about it i told her for that work I should only give you $5 she still got paid her $10 but i will never recommend Nails Now to anyone! As well she was using paper towels to wax off the hair and she also left wax in my hair I’ve never had irritated eyebrows after getting them done once I went to that place I still feel wax burns and she didn’t change the stick she was dipping into the whole wax kit. Very Careless And Unprofessional.

First time customer and to say, was a great experience. The only problem that I seemed to have was I didn’t get the right nail shape. I did get a stiletto but it was more of an almond shape. Person who did my nails though, was very nice and offered a drink. I paid 45 for my nails which is not bad for the quality. Nails havent chipped yet.

First time here, Tracy did my nails and chatted with me the whole time. She was very nice and friendly. I got a pedicure and the chair was so comfortable. Usually the chairs hurt my back and I usually leave it off. Not this one, it was so relaxing. My nails look great and I was surprised with my total. $15-20 cheaper than other places in town.

Just had my pedicure done, and by far the worst I have had. The water was cold the whole time. Got a deluxe foot packag, it was like i did it at home. They did not do any removing of dead skin! And no way they did a massage at all. Just put some creams and washed them right off! With cold water! I would never recommend at all. They do not take time to care enough to do things nicely. People spend hard earned money to feel good. Coming here was a big disappointment.

I WISH I could give this place zero stars. I came in yesterday for a acrylic fill and the lady buffed my nails so roughly that seven (7) out of ten (10) of my cuticles are torn open and sore. She became visibly irritable when I told her it was uncomfortable. And the polish job did not cover my entire nail and was covered in cotton. TODAY, One day later I decided to give it another try. I came in for a polish change and a wax. She removed my polish and immediately recommended I get a fill, which upset me considering I had just received one the day before which shows me it wasn’t done well. Again the polish job was full of cotton. Then on to the wax. She did not cleanse the area first and I had to request that she did. Then before waxing she did not powder the area to remove any moisture. She applied the wax against the hair growth and did not apply pressure once removed. The hair was not removed and she attempted to double wax the area which is a HUGE NO NO. I could have plucked the area myself at home for free, and this is what had to be done to remove said hair after the wax. The ladies were not considerate when I told them I was unhappy with my experience and offered no relief from my frustration. DO NOT go here. There are many superior stores in this town. Do not waste your money. Please.

Not a good job. I tend to get my brows done in many places and this one was definitely on the bottom of my list. Person doing my eyebrows seemed in a rush and after waxing she didn’t bother to tweeze or clean them up. After she finished she took the mirror away and just told me to go pay. My friend was unsatisfied as well and she was charged extra for getting our eyebrows done!

I’ve been coming here for years when they were under the previous ownership, they were rude but they did an amazing job. Now the new management, although they are very sweet… they are the WORST. I got a full set recently and the man kept filing my skin so bad, and I kept complaining and he would apologize but now its a week later and I have a full blown infection in my middle finger where he kept filing down on. I can’t even type at work cause it hurts so much. and a time before that, I went for a pedi… I paid $25 for it and left and additional $3 dollar tip on my card and totaled it to $28 because I had already left a tip with $2 cash and they rounded my amount to $30 when I looked at my bank statement. it’s only an extra $2 but that’s ILLEGAL. I didn’t say anything but after this infection I felt the need to speak up and let everyone know how trash this place is. its so convenient to come here cause its down the street from my house but I will never come back to this place again!!

Tracy always does an excellent job with my nails. She is the best there. Prices in the other hand are a little higher than the places around. I pay $30-35 dlls for a gel fill here when at other places they charge me $24-26
