Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI left with a bleeding toe in 1 foot and the other foot was blistering before I left. The woman never changed towels nor water. They were extremely rude and still charged $25.00 for a below poor service. I’m not from Tulsa and I’ll never get a pedi in this city ever again thanks to this Art Nails. I contacted someone to audit this location. I have pictures while still in the place of business. I left with a bleeding toe in 1 foot and the other foot was blistering before I left. The woman never changed towels nor water. They were extremely rude and still charged $25.00 for a below poor service. I’m not from Tulsa and I’ll never get a pedi in this city ever again thanks to this Art Nails. I patiently waiting for my turn and I advised them that i ONLY needed a single nail repair, a cut, and design. $3, $3, & $5 for the design. My repaired nail was diagonal. He was complaining to other workers how long it was taking. I was unsatisfied COMPLETELY & will NEVER RETURN NOR RECOMMEND! They never finished my top shine coat which he removed and unsure why he did that to all my nails. I told them i got my nails done yesterday at the mall. The lady said of im unsatisfied I can leave amd I sure did! They didn’t try to correct their mistake at all. Very unprofessional!! I was HIGHLY disappointed!

Been getting my nails done by lisa for over 8years… They was busy, I usually wait but had things to do. Lisa, yes always so sweet an positive said she can do them for me. Well on this day she did a horrible job. I let her know after 8years this wasn’t a good job. Instead of fixing the problem she got angry at me an over charged for a bad job. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy. Beware of the niceness

Do not go here if you want nails that last. I have been getting gel for a while now, and I have never had them crack after the 2nd day of getting them done. The woman who runs the place is very nice, but she is definitely over worked and she does your nails in 20 to 30 min. The paint was barely up to the cuticle, and she left some paint on the sides. It was 5 when she did my nails, but I called and she told me to come in. I was very disappointed and I went back to see if she would fix them, but she would not. She pawnee me off on some guy that told me my nails were weak. One did break, but the other 5 were not broken, the gel was cracked. He simply told me to come back for some acrylics.
