As someone who used to do nails, never would I come back here. I’ve never been to this salon before but one of my nails fell off while visiting family in the area, so I thought why not. One woman was nice to me and the others were somewhat rude. I wanted to leave so bad that I skipped the top coat because I know I had to fix it later. The salon was beyond dirty, and not talking about the look of it but no tools are sterilized and it’s just dirty with dust all over. Didn’t even bother with my cuticles and I had to ask her to push my nail beds back. Awful experience but you get what you paid for.

First time at this location and it is one of the best places I have been to. They are attentive, respectful and professional. You will not go wrong with this place. Quality is at a 10+. I will highly recommend and will come again if I am in the area. I recommend green tea pedicure which is what I got. I am sure the other packages are great as well. I was really impressed. Thank you.

I would continue to go even if they raised their prices (which they probably should, let’s be real). A gel manicure from Jennifer will LAST. She’s efficient, neat, and cares about what she does so I don’t feel rushed or uncomfortable. I can’t recommend her enough. Pedicure, Gel manicures

The same week I did my nails they kept falling off one by one. I wasn’t able to go back on the first day because i was out of the city. I went back after 10 days. All of them almost fall off, only 3 left both hands together. They charged me $40 to fix them. This is the worst place to have your nails done

I recently moved to valley stream and looking for a close by nail salon. Staff is friendly but they have no time organizing skills. You can take a appointment but it doesn’t matter you will still wait for 20 minutes or more. They just take people as they come in. Even if you are with appointment they don’t really look at the client with and without appointment. My last trip was actually very disappointing. With appointment I waited for 20 plus minutes. And they rushed me out when I said I really needed to be somewhere. I just went in for a regular mani pedi and it took me an hour and only because I had asked me to hurry and now I’m realizing the lady didn’t even took my cuticles out. So all in all paid $40 for a regular mani and pedi without color (I didn’t want color- so no applying color or drying time) spend an hour with appointment. I suppose I should keep looking for a nail salon.
