Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’ve been having my nails done by Amy and Paul since our children were small and running around the salon together. I’d follow them anywhere and think it is so awesome they own their own place, now. I always get compliments on my nails and can’t even imagine having them done anywhere else. Courteous, professional and always on time. I read another reviewer’s comment that they closed when she was running late for her appt. I was there. They were not closed. But, she was 40 minutes late and staff left believing she was a no-show. I’ve been having my nails done by Amy and Paul since our children were small and running around the salon together. I’d follow them anywhere and think it is so awesome they own their own place, now. I always get compliments on my nails and can’t even imagine having them done anywhere else. Courteous, professional and always on time. Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment, called and told them that I would be late – they said it was okay but they were gone when I got there. I won’t be trying again.
