Critical: ProfessionalismI wanted to get my nails done today. I walked into this business and the lady told me she was too busy I could come back later. mind you there was only 2 customers in there and I wouldn’t have minded waiting.. she didn’t ask my name or anything or even ask me to make an appointment so I went to sun nails and spa right down the road and spent $100 they wanted my money and were much more professional and nice. I wanted to get my nails done today. I walked into this business and the lady told me she was too busy I could come back later. mind you there was only 2 customers in there and I wouldn’t have minded waiting.. she didn’t ask my name or anything or even ask me to make an appointment so I went to sun nails and spa right down the road and spent $100 they wanted my money and were much more professional and nice. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI let her know that the nails were not done right (all of them) she told me its fine and continued to do them I asked if she was going to go back and fix them and she ignored me and kept working. She told me the reason they looked like that was because my hand wasn’t relaxed…..ummmm I’ve never had that problem before but anyways I asked her to take them off and she had a fit and screaming and yelling and making me uncomfortable. I let her know that the nails were not done right (all of them) she told me its fine and continued to do them I asked if she was going to go back and fix them and she ignored me and kept working. Positive: QualityI called in the morning to set an appt for a full set and they had the exact time i wanted that day. VERY clean as well sanitized entire areas after each client. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he did exactly that could not have been happier. I had worked a long shift the night before and up the rest with a sick child so i was very drowsy needless to say he was so gentle it was so relaxing i was dozing off.. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he did exactly that could not have been happier.
