Everyone is super friendly, they’re always busy when I go but I get called back super fast and I’m usually in and out within a hour. I drive a hour every 3 weeks just to get my nails done by them. It’s the only salon I’ve been to that the polish last without chipping right after getting them done. Highly recommend them!

Chair number 8 has the worst customer service and my nails aren’t straight at the top among other issues with thickness. She hurt/burned me twice with the nail file and when I informed her she said bye. Don’t come see me then. I’m shocked she wouldn’t try to correct or be more gentle. I had asked her very nicely. I only come back because before her I had good service from Andy and a couple other guys at the front. But today they set me with a woman at chair 8 and it was the worst experience from this nail salon. I am now sitting and waiting for Andy to be available to fix what she messed up.

I went here several weeks ago and my pedicure was ok. However, I also got a manicure. I don’t know what she did but I’ve developed an infection in my finger that I have been dealing with. I won’t be going back here. I say my pedicure was ok because it felt rushed and I was going to get a deluxe but they never asked. My sister went also with me and her manicure peeled and chipped the next day. I think they get more clients than they can handle. My services shouldn’t be rushed.

Best nail service ever!!! I drive about 40 minutes to come here because no matter where I try, I always compare and no other salons compare to Nail Model!! Sam is the best and never minds how picky I am and always makes sure my nails are always exactly as I like them! The salon is super clean and they are well staffed so I have NEVER had to wait more than a few minutes.

Nail Model is top notch!!! I have been a customer for 25 years before they were even in Gardendale. Sam & his team are the best! The salon is always super clean, friendly staff & most importantly they do beautiful nails. It is usually crowded but they get you in & out. One of the best nail salons in the greater B-ham area. I used to love this place but now it’s a different story. Recently, I have been going to get my nails done and it’s a different price every single time. This is unusual given that I get the same thing every time. I confronted the worker about this issue and she talked it over with another lady (who I am assuming is the manager). The manager lady then told me that I got things (that I clearly did not get) and I was being charged for them. Today, I go in to get my toes painted with gel polish. It is the worst nail job I think I have ever had. I have polish all around my toes and all over my feet. I gave them away too many chances and I will not be returning anymore.

My nail techs are Jennifer and Tammy. These women are PHENOMENAL in nail design. I can bring them ANY design and they execute EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!! These ladies keep me coming back because of their care for my nails. I am so glad Nail Model have these ladies for their exquisite craft in nail design and customer service. You will not be disappointed with them.
