Well like most this establishment needs to be held accountable. The service is substandard, the prices are made up, and the quality is mediocre. Went in got right into a seat. Nail tech made up a price to charge me. I was just in the shop two weeks prior. I wear an overlay and french tip along with a polish change on my feet. I paid $50 total. This time I was charged $55 just for the overlay and french tip. Moreover, my nails weren’t don’t very well, bumpy and thick! Needless, to say I wasn’t happy. Wang started talking about me getting a nail repair (which I didn’t) but that still doesn’t explain the dramatic price difference. These people just pull prices out of the air.

Not clean. Was extremely disappointed because I went there based on a recommendation of someone with the cutest nails, and the negative reviews so far mostly focused on prices and attitude. I got there and noticed immediately noticed that the chairs didn’t have the 1 use bags to keep clean and wasn’t a big fan of how the nail utensils were stored (I’m also used to going places that have multiple sets and package them for individual use between each cleaning). I tried to think nothing of it because there’s many ways to clean but then another girl came in while my polish was drying and sat in the same pedi chair as me and they didn’t clean it between and I saw no trade off of the tools as well. Final straw was when someone else pointed out a cricket (I don’t do bugs and in my experience where there’s crickets there’s other types of bugs) and the lady smeared it on the floor with a blue towel. Tried to play it cool but I had to get out of there and I’m not going back.

The owner Wang is extremely rude and unprofessional. Theres a lot to be said about this establishment but I won’t give Nail me good my energy or money ever again, just a very bad review to match the very bad customer service. there so many other nail salons to choose from than to be treated the way he treated me And my daughter.

I have been to this nail shop a few times because it is in my neighborhood, but the last time I went my gel full set was extremely bumpy and thick. They have pretty poor customer service and when they did my toes with the deluxe pedicure they don’t put the nail polish down all the way so that it already looks grown out. This means we have to come back faster to get the next one or else your toe polish well already look grown out. I called them on the phone to ask if there was a long wait right now they are just extremely rude and hang up the phone before you’re even done talking. I’ve had other experiences that were pretty decent and they did a good job on your nails it might just depend on who it is.

If I walk in and tell you I’m picky about my nails, show you a pic of how I want my nails. That’s what I expect. My nails are nowhere near like the pic, the shape isn’t even close. Then the nail tech rushing to do my nails, how can you provide exceptional customer service when you act like your in a race to finish. I come from AZ to get my nails done here and I promise, I wish I didn’t. Will I come back to this nail shop NO! Will I recommend it NO. I tip good and I expect my nails to be done correctly. In this situation only tip I have is take your time doing the job you’re being paid to do and if you can’t provide the service requested don’t take on the job. Nails I wanted, compared to the nails I got. Smh

If you don’t go to the same person here they catch an attitude, they leave you in the pedicure bowl for over an hour and they don’t keep up with whose coming in, so they’ll service other ppl who came in after you. The managers does not care if you are dissatisfied and they never try to correct their mistakes. I left twice after sitting almost 2 hours in the pedicure chair because no one did my nails. Beware
