I was not satisfied with my pedicure due to me asking for acrylic and them not actually being how I wanted as far as length on my big toe and was told “it’s wet it’ll dry higher” like huh. It came out like any ordinary pedicure and I paid an extra $10 for what exactly. So will not be back. Pedicure

I had the best experience at this salon that I’ve ever had at any salon. I wish I had gotten the names of the two women who provided services to me. I was there with two friends last Friday, Dec 30, at around 3 or 4pm, and I was the blond woman. I mention this in hopes that these two women receive appreciation for their excellent work. I love Nail Max. The pedicure chairs are comfortable and the service is fantastic. They are clean and very nice. My SNS mani is always great and they have tons of dip colors, most with matching toe colors. Pedicure, French manicures

I love Annie, she is the best! She does great nails and she is always So sweet to me. Its been a while since I’ve been there, but she remembered me and my whole family. Which was nice (I go there anytime I needed my nails, toes, or eyebrows done). Nancy does amazing nails nails also, and she does designs that are amazing. I’m never disappointed. ☺☺☺

Despite me having grubby dirty manual labor hands, Lindsy did an amazing job on my Gel Coat with a glitter layer! I’ve been here a few times now and these guys are top notch, fr. Their Deluxe pedicure is to die for as well, they’ll have you feeling and looking right! Make sure to tip these guys well, they deserve it!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI really wanted to like this place. I’ve been coming here consistently for a few months now, always using Holly as my nail tech. The first time I did SNS, my nails quickly started chipping. I called them immediately to have them fix my nails and they told me that they were too busy and didn’t have any available appointments. When I was able to book with them again they charged me $15 to fix 3 nails. I told them that that seems a little high just to fix. Holly told me that it was high because it had been over a week. I then told her that my nails were chipping before a week and I tried to schedule an appointment but they did not allow me to. She then dismissed what I was trying to tell her. At the end of the day, it’s not my fault that my nails were chipping only after a few days of her doing them, and the salon should value that into consideration. Ever since I moved to Duluth, I have been trying to find a nail salon that guarantees satisfaction every time I walk out that door and I have found that with Nail Max & Spa. Their service is wonderful (especially the pampering with massages) and the nail technicians are all so friendly. I’ve noticed that they get quite busy, so even though they accept walk-ins, try to schedule an appointment beforehand or go during a slow time. Although, the most I have had to wait has been 20 minutes and even then, they offered me a drink and I spent that time deciding on a nail polish color! I have taken two of my friends too and they both loved their experience here. For a great price, great business, and a great job, I am so glad that I found this place and that it’s now my go-to salon.
