very ruff with the drill, it burned my skin a little. friendly, there was a little bit of nail polish around the nail but the shape was perfect and the color was what i asked for. prices are pretty good. overall i would get them done there again. Acrylic nails

Everytime I come in they listen and take their time and I leave satisfied every single time. I’ve gone to multiple different nail salons in skagit valley and they are my favorite. I have stubby thumbs so I like to have a little extra length to give the illusion that my nail beds arnt stubby. Can’t remember what her name is but she’s at station 1. The last few times Ive gone she’s done them and she does an excellent job! Definitely recommend her!

The cleanest and most attractive salon I have ever been in, and I have had my nails done for over two decades. Organized and my experience with the two techs that worked on my nails was extremely professional and comfortable. I can hardly wait to get a pedicure! The back 2/3’s of the salon is the most relaxing and beautiful place to get your toes taken care of. Male and female clients enjoy the pampering and professional care.

Normally the service was fantastic but I was disappointed this last time bc the nail tech spent over 2 hours on the nail application itself and the nails still turned out thick and improperly shaped then rushed the design and tried to rush me out of there that she didn’t finish it until I said something then tried to charge me extra for it 🙁

Overall my pedicure was pretty good although she didn’t do a great job with preventative toenail cutting and shaping to avoid in grown nails. My polish did last for quite awhile though and the atmosphere was okay.

I made an appointment for acrylics for my daughter and I knowing they would be busy before Christmas. We arrived on time and waited 45 minutes before they helped us. They seated us across the room from each other. I said over and over no gel and no dip. We wanted acrylic and polish. They did not listen to me and put a gel top coat on both of our nails even after I said no and charged me $12 each ($24 total)! They also charged me for dip instead of acrylic. They did not use dip they used acrylic. They didn’t even give us a manicure which is what we scheduled for. They just slapped on the product and rushed us out in less than 30 minutes. We were taken advantage of and I’m so disappointed in them. We’ve been going there for years. I know what the prices are on their sheet and the lady argued with me. It’s sad to know I’ll have to take my business somewhere else that I will be listened to.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI came here in the past to get my nails and eyebrows here done before and decided to come back today because I really needed a new set of nails and the other place I started going to honestly because it was a little cheaper than it is at this salon I started having some issues at that other salon. I had told the lady at that salon I was really only able to come for nail appointments Thursday’s or Fridays because she tried giving me Tuesday appointments or Wednesday but I kept telling her Tuesday and Wednesday I couldn’t. I had called the week of the fourth of July to make an appointment which I understand was busy but she kept telling me I needed to wait to get a appointment and can really only come the beginning of the week. That week however I was available Monday but she told me she closed and had happened to drive by I needed to do errands that day and she was open and lied to me. I then got turned off by that place. But this salon I went to today the girl who did my nails did an amazing job and took her time and they turned out beautifully. They were a bit expensive but honestly was worth it. I had also went Monday to get my eyebrows waxed and the woman who did them did an excellent job! I would highly recommend it here!! Going to stick to this nail salon! Also this place was so clean!
