This city is small I get it but we are in 2020 and the only 2 nail places here in Monticello Kentucky doesn’t or can’t handle normal nail technician workload because you had to make an appointment only lol normal people get nails done when available and it wasn’t like they were just that nice, they weren’t older nail shops, can we get some normal run nail techs here in this city please or drive 30 miles lol horrible service to your city

If I could post this with a negative 5 I would! Walked in their was one other customer and they were being attended to. Meanwhile I’m ask to take a seat at the booth. The woman disappears for ten minutes, comes back and sits down with a lady that came in after me and starts interacting with her doing her nails! I’d never been in this place before! The lady that does nails proceeds to tell me how she’s ran a business for 19 years, being very very rude to me. Their is definitely lack of customer service skills. You need people skills, the lack of intelligence you show is disgusting, to insult a customer! It’s just something that you don’t ever do!

There is parking right in front of the nail salon. Once inside, it looks like the building is under construction or just empty except for the nail salon in the front. Didn’t get a warm or friendly vibe. Cute little nail salon in a great shopping center location, but staff should work on customer service skills. Had high expectations.
