Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThis is the first time I’ve ever been to nail master and I got a gel manicure. This family run business is spacious, clean, and they are very friendly and good at what they do. They make sure everything is perfect and ask you to make sure. They dont make you feel rushed. They are very precise and want to make sure you love what they do. Would 100% go back. Its also nice to not feel like they are talking about you in another language. This is the first time I’ve ever been to nail master and I got a gel manicure. This family run business is spacious, clean, and they are very friendly and good at what they do. They make sure everything is perfect and ask you to make sure. They dont make you feel rushed. They are very precise and want to make sure you love what they do. Would 100% go back. Its also nice to not feel like they are talking about you in another language. Most other places I’ve been too I feel like they talk about the customers and there is no way of them knowing.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThe owner always seemed very rude and disrespectful when I would go there to get my nails done. I used them about a handful of times because I would tan right next door so it was convenient. But I will not go back. He never smiled or welcomed me in a nice manner. He never said goodbye or thank you. His attitude is downright rude. When a customer comes in to your establishment you should be grateful for that and you should show respect and appreciation. They also don’t allow you to tip with your debit card which is also very inconvenient considering barely anyone carries cash nowadays. Some of the other staff members are nice but the majority of them just seem miserable. I will not spend my hard earned money at a place that doesn’t appreciate my business.
