Worst experience I’ve ever had. The lady doing my nails had no clues about what she was doing. At some point, I took the nail file to shape my nails. When I tried to explain to the manager, she told me the nail tech had been doing my nails for an hour and 30mins, and she saw nothing wrong with my nails. My nails are of different shapes And different lengths. I told the lady my nails were crocked. She added more acrylic, which led to my nails being extra thick. When I stepped outside, that is when I realized how truly a lousy job that was done. Over all worst experience, I had at a nail place. The fact that the manager didn’t even try to fix my nails made it more of a terrible experience. I would not recommend it at all.

So sad that the owner herself was so rude to me that I wanted to publicly post this. The location is convenient however this was my second and last time I’ll ever come here. The first time I went to her place my daughter received a Mani/Pedi while I did a pedi, she’s 8. It was a rough experience since the woman that did my pedi painted my toes and it just looked awful (to be fair it was funny bunny) then another technician felt bad and asked to repaint them. It helped but wasn’t a complete success. Total was $75 plus tip. Today I decided to go back and bring my kiddo for a mani, myself for a pedi. My first question I asked when I walked in was can I please have someone experienced since last time I didn’t have a great one. I was told everyone has a style and no promises. When we were done and I went to pay and asked why the price was $61, ($30 for gel for a kid) I mentioned that last time I was there I didn’t pay that much. I showed her my daughters nails and said this isn’t $30 manicure…it’s not even or too clean I don’t understand why so expensive. She immediately became defensive and started raising her voice said I’m complaining about everything, I should have asked what the prices were before hand ( I thought I already knew them ♀️) and that supplies cost money. She offered a refund however I felt so embarrassed she raised her voice everyone was looking that I just respectfully declined, tipped the workers and left.

I was afraid to try this place after reading the reviews, but my nail tech moved here, so I decided to follow her again, I mean, she’s been my nail tech for almost 20 years, Sandy’s the best, anyway loved it, everyone was so nice and as usual she did a great job, she’s always so professional and creative

I’ve been going here for many years but today was my last. First of all they told me that they didn’t do the acrylic gel, which I just got done there 2 week prior. After they figured out they indeed had it, the nail tech Stephanie began to do my nails. I noticed some small mistakes , so I asked her to please fix them. Her and the receptionist then got an attitude because I wasn’t happy. She didn’t clean my nails up at the end, no file, oil or anything. They were very rude and nasty once I asked them to fix my nails. Paying customers should be happy with their services recieved! I will be finding a new nail shop

Very good place I usually come here for manicures/ pedicures and the service is AMAZING! Everybody has been so nice to me and they even customized me Halloween nails that looked super good and they didn’t even need to use stickers, the nail artist is very talented!! Gel manicures, Nail designs, Stomach hair removal, Hand & foot massages

Dirty place. The towels smelled so bad. Like they were air dried in between uses. I’m pretty sure the towel was used in multiple customers. Everything just looked dirty and was smelly. The lady who did my pedi, had no interest in doing a job well done. I wouldn’t come back here

Once again this place have never failed me it’s clean smelled amazing love the energy I get from all the staff they already know me by name and that’s even better!!!! I have been going here for a very long time and to hear that there have even been a bad review is beside me. These ladies and gentlemen goes up and beyond to please each and every soul that walks into Nail Mark. Now of course you can’t please everyone but that’s alright not every souls belongs in your company and that’s understandable!!!
