My first time experience was nice. My second time kind of rubbed me the wrong way. With it being close to valentines I went to get a regular gel mani and pedi. From how busy the shop probably was gonna get, I can tell my mani was rushed. The design I wanted she rushed on & I wish she wasn’t so snappy. To be told no on something I’m paying for really turned me off from this shop. I thought she was patient and polite and willing to do whatever the customer wants, but now I see all these shops are the same. From the picture she could’ve made the hearts smaller but instead I got a rude no.
