Very friendly people but sloppy work. Looks like I painted them myself at home and I have white paint splattered all over my hands/fingers. These pics are immediately after leaving the salon in my car. $40 for gel nails that look like I painted at home. Plus, I was wanting a more subtle silvery sparkle/glow. The lady put this bright white down so the glitter would show better but I wasn’t even wanting super white nails like this. I’m going to wear this until it’s time for my next manicure since I already paid for it but I definitely do not love it.

Best pedicure I’ve had! Really took their time and did a quality job.. Massage was really long and hot stones were an added bonus. Plus customer service was excellent! Very friendly and not pushing me to do add. I’ll definitely go back. Highly recommend.

They cut my cuticles too deep on my feet, and my hands making them both bleed. The nail job was horrible. I had a French manicure with acrylic nails costing $55.00 they looked fine at the moment, worked on them for two hours prior to closing. Started chipping the next day. Come back to have the them redone and they fort wanted to just repaint one or two nails and I said nope because all of them were damaged so I wanted all redone. She then tried to reuse the old soft nail tip!!! I said NO use new ones!! She then started speaking in her foreign language to the other ladies in the shop after I told her stop burning my nails with the drill.I said ‘ Siri, turn on my Vietnamese translator!!! The room went silent! Needless to say she finished the job and they look beautiful. Will not be back.

Such a beautiful Salon. The technicians are very nice and did a wonderful job. I took my mom and we both got the deluxe pedi. The massage was everything I needed I wanted to fall asleep in the chair.

This was a few months ago and I’m just now getting to leave a review but the lady doing my manicure cut 7 of my fingers and I kept telling her it hurt and kept pulling my hand away because she was cutting me but she didn’t change the way she did my nails I should have asked for another person but I’m pretty non confrontational. The woman who did my pedicure was great though. But that manicure was terrible it looked okay but the cuts on my fingers were terrible and hurt for days. We won’t be going back.

I normally get a basic gel manicure, but I’ve seen that they are all talented in nail art/designs. Overall, I recommend Luxe Nail to all my friends and family!
