There was only one other patron so being busy could not have been an excuse for the in and quickly out treatment I received. I thought spa pedicure meant you would feel pampered and relaxed. I felt rushed and yes I should have said something, but I feel these shops and owners wouldn’t correct the issue anyhow. The nail polish looked like a 5 year old applied it and when I pointed out it looked like it had been touched the girl did fix it, but I think had she prepped my nails correctly that would not have happened. I just will not visit this location again. I chose them because I needed to buy a few items at Publix. Wish I had just gone elsewhere. I should have read some of the reviews also. Its not just about making money its about great service and we all know word of mouth can make or break a place.

Y’all, this is the best place in Warner Robins Ga! This is the only place I go to! Best prices, best service I’ve ever gotten in a nail salon !! I got my very first pedicure today and the guy who was caring for my feet was so great! it was amazing!! I never thought that much stuff would get scrubbed off my feet!!! I’ve never felt my feet so soft !!! All I can say is don’t go anywhere else but here !!! My feet my toes and my fingers look amazing!!! Thanks Nail Luv!!!

When I lived in Kathleen, GA going to this nail shop every two weeks was a routine I looked forward to. The shop was always clean and comfortable. The nail techs were also professional and friendly.

Can be nice sometimes, but can be very rude. Especially the guy who works there. Acts like he can’t be bothered with anything. The pedicure lady is always nice tho. I’ve been coming here every 2 weeks for the past 6 months and don’t think I will be returning anymore. If you don’t like bad attitudes wouldn’t recommend it here. Critical: ProfessionalismI walked in and asked if Tiffany was working. The last said no. I said okay. She asked what I wanted done and I told her pedicure and mani. I spotted Elin so I went to her. As I sat down, I asked who does eyebrows. LeeLee responds I’m not doing them. You can come tomorrow for Tiffany. She’ll be here then. I couldn’t believe how rude she was. I brushed it off. Elin started working to get my gel polish off but she never soaked my nails. It was painful. I stopped her and asked the other lady. She said no. I’m not doing it. Come tomorrow for Tiffany. I’ve been frequenting this salon for over 3 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, the prices are always good, and my nails are always beautiful. Though there is sometimes a wait for service, the results are well worth it! Whenever I point out a mistake they always fix it free of charge, and easily fix any chips/scratches that I get later on!
