I’ve been using the same nail artist for 25 years! A long-standing relationship that stood the test of time as she went on maternity leave four times. My loyalty never faltered. One day without notice, she closed her salon and never looked back. No warning. I was crushed and my heart broken. THEN I FOUND KEVIN!! I am a perfectionist and SUPER high-maintenance. I know this about myself, but it was congruent with Tiffany because we had been together for so long! Back to Kevin… he saved me! I didn’t think I could ever find someone that could perfect a SUPER SHORT, PAPER THIN, ROUNDED SQUARE ACRYLIC OVERLAY WITH NEUTRAL GEL POLISH! While it may sound elementary, it is VERY hard to find someone that can do so with precision. TIFFANY DOES NOT COMPARE TO KEVIN. He is in a league of his own, and I don’t even know if he knows it. He is so gentle, yet when he is done you wonder how it even happened so seamlessly. It didn’t even feel like he was touching me! It was a magical experience and I feel fortunate that I found him. I wish that you, the reader, could understand how important my nails are to me. It’s almost embarrassing. You just have to experience it for yourself. COME. SEE. KEVIN. *He will even work by appointment!*

I went in for a fill in and the gentleman who did my nails was very quick, didn’t talk my ear off which was great. He didn’t file down the edge of the acrylic at the bed of my nail and just put more acrylic over it. I only ever do French tips in a variety of color and you can see the line where he didn’t properly do the job. Also I lived in much larger city before auburn and I don’t get how I had to pay 32$ for a fill in????????

I’ve been coming to nail love for years. I remember their transition around the Kroger plaza. I was so upset when I had to use the nice company in the mall because couldn’t get to the people who treat me like family at nail love. I always let the mom pick my colors because she has a good eye for color. The last time I was there dad had made a dash for Kroger and made me wish I had stopped for Starbucks first. Any crazy design or color i or my daughters want they are very accommodating and patient.

One ☝️ of the women did my nails and the color was good because SHE didn’t do that but the nail shape was horrible. It was supposed to be COFFIN but mine just looked like a messed up almond and she kept making my nails shorter than I actually wanted them like it was her choice saying “that’s too long” if someone asked for a certain length then that’s what your supposed to do. Well at least I think that’s what you do when you have a JOB.

the lady at the first desk did my nails, lavender. I didn’t like the shape of my thumb nail so she did it over for me. I’m very very picky but she did a great job. Nice friendly staff, and I liked watching hgtv in the process. Plenty of colors to pick from as well, a must!

This use to be my favorite nail salon. I always would come to this salon every 2 weeks. I would be upcharged everytime because of my nail length which was short sometimes but I was still charged for long nails. I recently went in this salon to get a fill-in and a pedicure, I got the at 6:09 I was refused services because they wanted to go home at 7 which is the time they close. I only do gel polish so it wouldn’t have took that long.
