I’ve never had troubles with my nails breaking when I get them done here. I would highly recommend making an appoint because they normally run behind. Love this place! They do a great job with their acrylic nails, and they last a long time. I’ve never had troubles with my nails breaking when I get them done here. I would highly recommend making an appoint because they normally run behind. Even when I make an appointment I normally have to wait 30-45 minutes till they can start my nail appointment.

Critical: QualityUsually I never do reviews but I’m really upset about this service. I went in for an acrylic removal 2 weeks ago because my usual spot was close and that was a big mistake. I got there at 4 and didn’t get seen until 6:30 they were rude and was rushing because they were ready to go. She filed my nails to much and I understand nails get weak after taking acrylics off but they never hurt this much and for this long. Usually I never do reviews but I’m really upset about this service. I went in for an acrylic removal 2 weeks ago because my usual spot was close and that was a big mistake. I got there at 4 and didn’t get seen until 6:30 they were rude and was rushing because they were ready to go. Their always so booked, which of course is very discouraging especially when your in a hurry type situation! But… Even though I’ve still been searching for my very own personal nail tech that would be willing to hook me up every 2-3weeks,”nail love” they are absolutely stunning with some of the work I’ve seen these professionals do with these ladies as well as myself a couple times. Pricing is always reasonable & some will even work with you, instead of just worrying about the money. Which I find very dope! They allow you to leave their shop with nothing less then satisfaction,welcoming to come back, & great service all around.

If I could do 0 Stars I would have! I got my nails dipped and in 5 days they look like they had been done 30 days. Went back for them to fix, they offered to fix the 6 that cracked but would not re-do the whole 10. Owner requested me to make appointment which I did. Arrived on that day, he was off! Which left me to only allow the1 (First Lady)the one who did my nails the first time. So I requested my money and that was that! Will never ever go back!

I loved my first set of nails, specifically the designs on my nails done by Dede. I noticed a few careless mistakes but only I could see it, no big deal. I came back a second time and DeDe was too busy so another lady did my nails and I liked them even more because she was friendly, efficient and the quality of work was much better. On my third visit, I pointed at the station of the second nail tech but she was off so I was fine with having Dede again. The nails were just okay…. I always get mani, pedi and eyebrows. On this occasion, Dede was rushing and cut off half of my eyebrow. I had on a wig that was in my face so I didn’t notice. I tipped her 30 dollars and she didn’t have the respect to tell me. I’m furious! This is my face. I called the owners brother and was told I can get a credit when I come back. Who’s coming back? 160 dollars to ruin my face? I’m so sad because I like the owner but these nail shops do not care about us. We are just dollar signs. They are in our communities giving us the bare minimum. I will find a nail salon that values my business.

Jenny and her staff are very nice, personable, and welcoming! I recently had my gel fill-ins done by ‘Didi’ (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) and she does an amazing job! Anna took her time and did a great job on my husband’s pedicure. This is my go-to nail salon in the Hampton Roads! I’ve been a returning customer for a few years now and I am never disappointed. Jenny and her staff are very nice, personable, and welcoming! I recently had my gel fill-ins done by ‘Didi’ (I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name correctly) and she does an amazing job! Anna took her time and did a great job on my husband’s pedicure.
