Critical: QualityAbsolutely will never go here ever again. I got my feet done and the lady was super nice and I was satisfied with that service. I needed to have them take my full set off and give me a new set, the lady hurt my nails like no other to the point i asked for a new person to assist. The owner was able to get them off with no problem, I was then transferred to Micheal who saved the day and I was ultimately satisfied with my nails. But the lady who was trying to take my nails off discouraged me from ever going back. It’s hours later and my nails still hurt from what she did. Everyone was nice so I felt bad but she simply didn’t work for me personally.Absolutely will never go here ever again. Absolutely will never go here ever again. I got my feet done and the lady was super nice and I was satisfied with that service. I needed to have them take my full set off and give me a new set, the lady hurt my nails like no other to the point i asked for a new person to assist. I dont usually comment on my reviews but this expérience was horrible. Especially for someone who doesn’t do her nails often.. i wanted to treat myself for thanks giving but i couldn’t have chosen a worse place. Some level of courtesy was shown but the work in itself was terrible. Having me pay $15 for a manicure that a 2yr old could have done made me upset. The polish on my toes was smudged and the lady was so rough because she was in a hadte to go home. She rushed the work and picked me with the cutting blades a bunch of times until I yelled out “ow” in pain. I would NOT recommend

Michael is the only person that will have your nails looking good. My first experience was the worse. The old lady with a bad attitude messed my nails up, she took them off for me. Told me it was 50 dollars. I paid it only for her to say okay have a nice day. Sending me out the same way I walked in the shop and Michael said no I got it. He did my nails and I’ve been coming back to him every since. Only Michael
