Well that’s unfortunate because the experience I had received was totally relaxing and peaceful after a long day of work . the customer service was great and they cared for the clients. Phenomenally . When I walked in I was a bit stressed after my services I left feeling very relaxed and calm. I will return for future visits for sure. Keep up the great work

Really disappointed in this experience. Premium prices but not premium service. The spa pedicure for $70 was only different because they used a jelly pedicure. There were no hot stones and the massage was for barely 1 min for each leg. The nail technician was nice to offer beverages throughout my 2 hrs and 45 min of being there. However, the experience seemed to take long as she was on her phone texting. She was also complaining throughout – the place is too small, the seats are not comfortable, people keep moving her things, etc. My nails were filed crooked but the technician fixed it when I asked her to. She also got gel polish on the skin of most my nails. When I went to pay, the cashier/receptionist disappeared after I signed for the charge. I was waiting for her to break my $100 bill so I could tip. Finally she came back but said they didn’t have change and that I could go down the street and get change from the coffee shop. I asked if they take Venmo, Google Pay, or Zelle. They didn’t and only have Cash app…she finally said she would go and get change for me at the coffee shop.

I’ve been getting my nails done for years and always jumped around trying to find my SPOT. Officially became a regular at the most fabulous place Nail Lounge! Everyone is super friendly, the space is clean, the colors are unlimited, and the quality of work is above the rest. Q is a true nail artist, an expert at her craft. She knows everything there is to know about nail care and art and does an awesome job. If you’re looking for someone who cares about what she is doing, I recommend her 100%. Also, this place stays true to its name “Lounge” as they serve wine. Nothing better than pampering yourself with a nice glass of wine to end your week right… they have tea and coffee options as well! Definitely recommend trying this place out and hope you enjoy!

Best experience with Q !!! I had a full service gel fill/ nails and gel pedicure spa experience. Q took her time with me and fixed the horrible fill in job I had from another salon. She was able to identify the products used on me, and she took her time to file them the desired shape I wanted. My nails were thick and bulky before and when I left they were perfectly shaped and filed. My feet needed TLC and she pampered and removed my calluses without issue. The experience was A1 nothing less than perfection. The wine and coffee offered and decor were the cherry on top! Will be back and recommend this location. Thanks Q !
