Thought this place was pretty solid until my last visit. Long story short, wasn’t crazy about my nails from the moment I left and a few days after my last visit, my nails turned a different color and were weaker than usual. I contacted them and they refused to fix them unless I paid again for them. I was going to give them another chance but once I noticed the receptionists tone, had a change of heart and decided that my last visit was my last time ever going to them. Didn’t want to waste my energy arguing with them. Needless to say, should’ve payed attention to the 3.9 stars.

Critical: Quality, ValueI was so excited to try them again. I used to come to this new salon two years ago. I am very disappointed with the service. The girl who was going to do my gel manicure could not even do proper manicure so I just left without gel nails. I end up having pedicure, the girl was nice but I could not communicate with her. ( no English)I am all day on my feet need it good work done , unfortunately this was not the case. To end my post she was struggling with polish, the bottle was empty. Would you get a new bottle????? I have to say the service was absolutely amazing! I’m very picky with nail salons especially because it’s been diffcult to have a good nail salon lately but I have to say this is where I’ll be coming from now on. My nail tech was Gabby yesterday, an absolute sweetheart & she has me obsessing over my mani & pedicure. I went yesterday for the first time and I found this salon based off Google reviews. I have to say the service was absolutely amazing! I’m very picky with nail salons especially because it’s been diffcult to have a good nail salon lately but I have to say this is where I’ll be coming from now on. My nail tech was Gabby yesterday, an absolute sweetheart & she has me obsessing over my mani & pedicure. But today I had a 3:45 appointment and after an hour of waiting I left. They said sorry but someone wanted nail art we weren’t expecting. First, who cares? I have an appointment. Should have called if you mismanaged schedule. Second, my 86 yo mother, in a wheelchair, was once told by owner she couldn’t get what she wanted because she wasn’t scheduled for it I will never go back. Nor will my daughters or sister. They said sorry but someone wanted nail art we weren’t expecting. First, who cares? I have an appointment. Should have called if you mismanaged schedule. Not worth the time or money. I visited here twice. After not being thrilled the first time, I decided to give the salon one more chance. I won’t be going back. Both times at least one member in our party sat soaking for over 45 minutes before a technician actually began her gel manicure. I had a deluxe pedicure and my nails were filed so crooked I’m hesitant to wear open toe shoes. My technician was rough and instead of taking advantage of her swivel chair, she turned my feet in directions they are not meant to be turned. My 10 minute deluxe pedicure massage was all of 2 minutes per foot (if that!). Agree with a prior post that this is a suburban salon with a 5th Ave attitude- you can see it in the way the owner struts around with her nose in the air. Sign outside says help wanted – they will need more than just technicians to set this place straight. Time / scheduling management is much needed and overall customer service as well. As far as the technicians, I am sure they are all hard working, nice people but they need more training.

Nail lounge is the best around! I’m so happy they opened up in town! I’m super picky and I was 100% pleased with my over all experience. My pedicure (Jenny) and gel manicure (Angie) was one of the best I’ve ever had! They took their time with every service, I never felt rushed. The spa is decorated very beautiful and super clean! They offer fresh drinks and snacks and many more services. I will definitely be returning! I highly recommend this nail lounge! ♥️

Definitely my new nail place!!!! They have a large selection of colors and brands that are of good quality. The place is spacious , has a great vibe and very clean! My nail stylist was very professional and I didn’t feel rushed. She took her time and made my nails exactly how I like them. Overall I had an amazing experience and have now found a new home for my nails!!

This place is amazing! As a license cosmetologist I am very very very picky about where I get my nails done. The place I had been going to for years closed down, I was heartbroken. I tried this place for the first time today and couldn’t be more happy. The place is incredible clean and not just looks clean, actually clean to sate standards (which unfortunately is not normal for a nail salon). I am happy to say I have found my forever (nail salon) home.
