If this is worth $53 to you, then this is the place for you…. $53 for a rushed, chunky, and not to mention highly unsanitary dip manicure. Not sure why they would let a customer walk out with a dry nail bed at the end of the experience?!? A young girl was there with the nail tech before me and she said “I didn’t want them this squared” and he insisted that they were fine and that he would fix them but never did… Only good nail tech I’ve experienced there is Peter. He takes time and make sure it’s what the customer wants.

I was referred to the nail lounge by a friend and was hopeful to find a new place to get my nails done. However, I was very disappointed. I picked out a white color and when I got my nails done, it was a completely different shade of white. Also, when I left, I saw that I had white gel polish on several of my fingers and my hands that was not cleaned up. My tech used acetone on my cuticles to clean up her mistakes and it made my nails look terrible. The tech didn’t bother to make sure my nails looked like a professional did them and had poor technique. I was not impressed as my nails look like I could have painted them. I also requested to have a specific tech when I booked the appointment and was put with someone else…

I came in for lash extensions right before a family vacation with Anna. Then I came back for fills 3 weeks later with Rena the owner. Both times I have had a great experience. They did a wonderful job and my lashes look great! I am impressed by their workmanship and customer service. I also am happy to support a local, small business. I highly recommend their services. While I did not get my nails done here, I know others who have and were very happy with their service. I am sorry to hear about negative reviewers and hope they give this business another chance. Times are hard – be kind and courteous! This is a great family owned business and they care about their customers!

I have tried this place about 6 times now and every time I show up they’re surprised. I’ve had an appointment scheduled each time. This last weekend I had to wait 25 for my pedicure appointment. The owner doesn’t seem to know how to properly schedule the technicians. I want to like this place but I am very frustrated that you still can’t figure how to schedule an accurate appointment time. When I was getting my lashes done there my technician wasn’t even there 3 out of the 4 times. I have gone somewhere else for lashes after the last time. Please figure this out!

I was on the hunt for a new nail salon that was closer to me, so I decided to come here. I like that they have online scheduling, but there are some improvements to be made as far as how the place is run. Jayden is pulled in so many directions and still does good work under a lot of pressure. If you want acrylic they use gel powder instead and also charge an extra $5 for “long length” and an extra $5 for “shape” when getting a full set which is not outlined on their website.

I am not one to write negative reviews, EVER, but this place deserves it. I walked in and asked how long for a kids mani pedi and an adults mani pedi. Was told 15 minutes. After waiting for 35 minutes and asking how much longer, my daughter and I were seated on a pedi chair and left there for another 20 minutes only to be told that we’d have to leave and come back later. Of course, it will be a cold day in hell before they see me again. This place has a habit of doing this to me. It’s the second time. I understand they’re busy and I’m happy they are but be upfront with your customers since our time is valuable too. This is frustrating to say the least since they saw I was there with my child who waited extremely patiently and respectfully. The time before this, I came with a gift card that my husband had given me only to be magically accused of having used the gift card before because it was “out of funds”. My husband had to come in with a receipt to prove that he had purchased it. Not once were apologies offered. Don’t be in business if you can only provide trash service.

After driving an hour and waiting 2 hours over our appt time a lady came and asked me if I could come back tomorrow!!!! Waste half a day then come back and take another gamble? Absolutely NOT!! Not only am I out the gas money driving an hour for my APPOINTMENT, the babysitter money to get here, now I’m out the money for drinks the owner talked us into at her new store next door while we “wait for our turn”…. then go and turn me away soon as we get back. Real nice.

The interior is so beautiful. The facility is clean and very well organized. This is my second time there and it will not be my last. I love getting my nails done there, I ask for Jayden.
