I’ve struggled to find a nail salon the past few years because I’ve noticed I’m typically rushed out and the quality has seen to gone down. However, I’ve been to this nail salon twice in the past month and both times they did an amazing job! I just stopped biting my nails recently and my cuticles needed a lot of work at the first appointment. She took her time and the results were great. I attached a photo of my most recent visit. I had a maternity photo shoot the day I visited and I let her know my biggest concern was that my nail beds would look short. She gave some suggestions and I’m so happy with the results. The quality of service and nails were fantastic. I will never go to another salon.

Nin did AMAZING on my nails! it’s exactly what I wanted. she has excellent customer service skills. kept good conversation going as well as making sure I liked everything as she was doing them. I went here on a whim and I’m glad I did. I met Zee who did this dip powder on my natural nails. She is so nice and took the time to have a conversation and get to know me. And I enjoyed getting to know her. I came in around 6, and even though it was past 7 (when they close) before she finished, she DID NOT rush at all! She took her time and was very gentle and the manicure came out beautiful! If you come here, ask for Zee!

This place is so clean and well run and they definitely go the extra mile for you. The customer service was great and the atmosphere is great. It’s a beautiful nail salon and offers a luxury feel. They have a bar where they have wine and champagne for sale making it more glamorous. The person who did my nails was funny and I enjoyed our conversation. For this I will be back. I got acrylic white with mermaid gloss added. I came in with my natural nails which had powder dip on them. As the gentleman first started to remove the dip he acted as if he he could lift it off my nail like acrylic and I had to explain twice that they are my natural nails. So finally he started to soak the polish off. My initial understanding of the prices came from their site. It started $35 for acrylic but when I arrived the menu stated $40 in store. So after asking for the mermaid to be added they stated it was only additional $10. So I believed my total would be $50 and possibly $60 for shape because I got coffin. But somehow it cost $75. Not horrible because I have paid more but I also get more. The nails are nice but they are not uniform, some nails are wider than some and shorter vs. the other hand because he did not place them side by side to confirm uniformity. I didn’t see a break down of the additional cost for shape or acrylic color but assume their is one. Again I will give it another chance but I need to make sure I confirm pricing before we begin.

I have given this salon several chances to make my toe nails look great however, I have never been happy with the results. I have had bubbles pop up under the paint, ripples in the paint, and paint so think I can’t even soak it off. I feel like you have to get the right person because I have had two good experiences with the same person.
