Kinda disappointed. Went in with my mom, we each had pedicures – service was inconsistent between the two. Mom’s pedicure they didn’t do the hot wax treatment and mine they didn’t do the polish that was picked out. Maybe it was due to not having one consistent technician from start to finish.

Stopped in for gel nails before Thanksgiving. They didn’t polish mine or my SIL’s nails completely and the clear coat didn’t even cover all the polish . They did add a third coat of polish per our request and it looked better however they started to chip in less than a week.

Heather and the girls at The Nail Lounge are spectacular. They remember every customer by name and remember their favorite nail color. These girls are funny and efficient. Sometimes the wait is long or they have to reschedule you, but the service is worth it.
