I’ve heard many good things about this salon for years now, but I live forty minutes away. I decided to give nail lounge a try, despite the long drive. I walked in and felt so welcome as soon as I opened the door. They are so clean at this salon, and have sinks to wash your hands. I’ve been to lots of other nail salons in my area and have left disappointed, but at nail lounge, i was so impressed. The lady did my nails so quickly but she managed to make them look perfect. My mom didn’t arrive to pick me up on time, and she said i could stay inside until she got there. This salon is out of this world, and I will be coming back forever! Thank you nail lounge!!

Critical: QualityI don’t ever post comments, especially negative but I feel this needed to be addressed. I went to get my French dip nails done Friday before my vacation on Tuesday by one of the owners. I could tell the work was being rushed because once they were done, they left the salon. Well as I was sitting to get my pedicure done with Amber (she’s great btw) I noticed that the French tips were not neatly done. So I asked Amber to fix them for me. Monday comes along and my tips have already started to chip & not just one finger nail (as you can see below) . So I called the salon Tuesday, and was hoping to get a call back. Overall the service wasn’t the best the first time I went. The girl checking me in was super sweet though and the sweetest front desk person ever. She helped me pick out my color, and made sure my nails were all good when I needed another coat. Thomas did my nails and he wasn’t very nice, and my color started to look blotchy once he used the drill and when I told him, he put another coat on and then used the drill again. He also cut me with the drill and nail file a lot. Overall it was a fine experience, but what made me give them a 3 star is only because of the front desk girl.

The place was clean and had a great ambiance. Everyone wore masks and there were glass shields between the technicians and the customers. People were dropping in without appointments and were getting serviced.Lolly did my nails and did a fabulous job! I have never had someone be so gentle with my cuticles and nails. Lolly helped me figure out a style that worked for me and made sure I was aware of pricing throughout the process. Been coming here for 2+ years and they always do a fantastic job. I mainly see T but have had my nails done by Clara, Amber, Lolly, and a couple other people when T was booked. They always manage to squeeze me in an provide exceptional services. I always got complimented on my nails! I moved out of the state a couple months ago but still stop in when I’m in town because no one does my nails with such precision and attention to detail. They have a large assortment of dip, shellac, gel x and regular polish and can do many types of nail art. I’ve had crazy acrylic designs and basic french tip done by them and they are phenomenal. T is super fast and very nice to talk to while he does my nails! I always send my friends and family to them 🙂
