Went on 10/22 and had a wonderful experience with my pedicure but the most HORRIBLE nail experience I have ever had. Wont be back. The younger guy I have never seen prior to this day was rough, had a attitude, and did poor quality on my nails. I had gel polish on my skin around my nails when he got done and I asked him to remove it and he took his fingernail and scrapped it and when i pulled my hand away from pain he said oh you changed your mind. He had already cut me with me with the drill buffer thing. Never apologized and was annoyed when I pulled my hand way then as well. I Got in my car and noticed issues with my nails went back in to show him he slung some polish back on them told me make sure you hold your hand right so I dont have to fix it again. Didnt go all the way down my nails with the polish and the polish started chipping the next day. When i tried to call to talk to someone I got hung up on. Dont go here. I admit I never had a issue previously but if he is in there and you land in his chair you will be belittled and get medicore work. I started noticing the overall atmosphere is just different then when i first started going. Attitudes and jusy this overall we don’t want to be bothered. The lady who did my pedicure did a good job but she was also juat short with me.

I really wanted to be happy with the services I received yesterday. The pedicure was good, but they switched the person halfway through because the one that started did nails and had to start on another customer. What was bad about the service was that the nail tech actually grabbed a piece of my skin with the clipper and jerked it off, tugged and then pulled, tearing my skin. Almost like he did it on purpose. I said ouch, that hurt, be nice and it immediately started bleeding. It really hurt bad and he delayed in even acknowledging and saying sorry. One day later and it’s still very sore and tender and painful. I keep putting antibiotic ointment on it because I am worried about infection. The more I think about it, he had to know he was injuring me when he tugged and pulled my skin out. I will not ever go back. Hopefully it won’t get infected. Still very painful.

Easygoing Mermaid
I’ve been coming here for many months. Great service, and wonderful staff. It’s never really too busy, and I’m usually a walk in. My nails are beautifully done as always, and quality service. I’m VERY hard on my nails, but they seem to last more than anywhere else I went to in the past. I’ve never been disappointed with my service or quality! Thank you to the Nail Lounge!

My experience was not so good. There was only 1 customer in the salon so they got to me fast. All I needed that day was to have my toenails polished. I did not have polish on them when I went in. The guy that did my toenail polish acted weird. He was American and spoke great English to his co-workers which he didn’t say much however he kept looking up at me not saying a word no facial expression whatsoever.

Very nice atmosphere and updated. I have a cosmetologist license and hoped to get a little more than I did. It was a very quick mani and Pedi. They didn’t really spend time exfoliating the feet, cut my toe and the massage was super quick. I would say it’s more of a jiffy lube nail salon vs. a salon that will take time and pamper you. Very quick but did the job.
