The service is horrible. I went to this establishment for the first time on Saturday just to get a pedicure. They wasn’t that busy or short staff. I waited for a little over an hour when she said the wait was only 30 minutes, but that wasn’t the problem. When I got my pedicure the gentleman did an okay job, but his polishing was not good at all.. I told him I didn’t like it so he took it off and one of the other ladies told him to tell the owner to come polish my feet, and then she went and told her. The problem is with the owner she didn’t come down there to do it, she didn’t send anyone, and she didn’t ask was everything okay. For a matter of fact she didn’t say or do anything. She stood at the corner looking out the door. I think she is very unprofessional and has horrible customer service. Never again. .

We had an awesome experience! They were the only place that took an appointment somewhat last minute, got us in, and took their time! They were busy but still did a phenomenal job on us. We all got deluxe pedicures and loved the women who took care of us. I 100% recommend this place and can’t wait to go back! They have a HUGE color selection, great atmosphere and music. Just everything was perfect!! Not to mention the diversity in their staff!!!

I went there for the first time to just get my nails filed and painted. No manicure or anything else. I have had a heart transplant and I have to be very careful going to salons for any services. Ashley was great! She understood my needs and didn’t try to sell me on anything else. She did an excellent job and was patient and nice! I will definitely be going back to see her again!!

I don’t usually do this and I feel bad for doing yet but I rarely get my nails done it was extremely excited to get them done the atmosphere it was great the staff was very nice but the performance was very poor. All of my nails were shaped funny and every time I asked for it to be corrected it wasn’t corrected fully, my nail color is bleeding through each color I asked for and none of my nails were cleaned up afterwards. I’m very sad to leave looking like this and want to cry 🙁

I really like nail lounge they are friendly, diverse, and very good at what they do. I wouldn’t suggest going when you’re in a rush. You will have to wait a little bit, even with an appointment (approx 10 to 20 minutes) but I usually go during peak hours. They are pretty honest and on point when you ask them how long it will take. My nails last a lot longer compared some other salons and that’s why I wait.

Very nice nail salon. Nail tech was great and did a wonderful job, especially on my cuticles. Will come back. Just moved to area and went somewhere else 2 weeks ago. Not a good experience and that nail tech didn’t do anything with my cuticles. Also, no wait here at the Nail Lounge. Got right in. Highly recommend this place!

Went with my best friends for pedicures and nail sets before one of their weddings. Pedicures felt a little rushed, my tech kept stopping and sitting on her phone for a long time. Sat down to get my acrylic set and the guy used the wrong size on some nails and there are thin spots in the acrylic. My natural nail is showing on the sides and the sides are jagged. Didn’t push back cuticles or anything before putting the set on. Didn’t communicate well with me on what length and shape I wanted before he started cutting them and filing them. I kept pointing out things I didn’t like and asking if he could fix it and he would grunt or laugh and try to fix it but not actually change it. Really disappointed. The price was okay, and they weren’t super rude or anything but I was expecting to get an actually decent set done properly. Won’t be coming back here!

If I could give negative ten stars I would! This is the first nail salon I have been to with so many rude employees!! For starters, one of the employees yelled at me when I placed my purse in the chair because his client was sitting there, but I didn’t know… I just walked in and it would’ve been ok if he politely asked me to move my bag. But, I was told to come back today because my rhinestones started to fall off the exact same day but the girl who did them wasn’t there but when I called she said it would be no charge. So one of the guy workers just POLISHED the nails no rhinestones or nothing so I’m walking out the door and they are chasing me telling me I have to pay making a huge scene so I told them once again the lady said I didn’t have to pay and then the guy says you have to pay because you didn’t get the same color….. polish is freaking polish!! You are charging me $5 just because I got another color on TWO finger nails? Not even mentioning the fact that if the rhinestones were put on right in the first place this would’ve never happened! But, I would definitely not recommend this to anybody! Definitely the worst nail salon in history.
