The Nail Lounge prides itself on offering the best products and service. The owners (past and present) are always customer and quality focused. They’re genuinely kind and strive to make their customers happy. I love the attention to detail, artistic talent and creativity their nail technicians have. I have been getting my nails done there since they opened and will continue to do so. The shine & designs last for three weeks or more. I’ll always go back!

Went and got a regular pedicure, lasted max 18 mins total from start to finish. Then since I didn’t want color put back on they charged me an additional 5$ even though I paid for a full service pedicure. Another time I had the dip taken off my fingers and the lady used a card to try to break off the dip instead of soaking them off properly. It’s been a month and I still have residual dip on my fingers and damage from the removal process. It seems to me they treat you poorly if you aren’t getting a new service put back on. Will save my money and go somewhere else from here on out.

The best nail salon in the county. Because of that they are extremely popular. It is a small shop and can become very crowded at times and takes away from the experience I hope Gwen and John will someday consider moving to a bigger space. In the meantime they do the best they can in the space they have.

I sat and waited for 35 minutes when I had an appointment at 11:00 for a full set of acrylics. This has happened multiple times. They do not honor appointment times. Multiple people went before me. I’m not unreasonable, I understand businesses get busy, but nobody said a word to me my entire wait. I ended up leaving after 35 minutes of waiting.

I come here regularly for a gel nail fill in, designs and Pedi. I always make an appointment for 6:00 for these services with no issues. This time I was told they didn’t have the time so I just scheduled my nails. Entering for my appointment I was rudely approached about what I wanted. I sat for a length of time before being waited on. Last visit the man that did my nails acted as if I was an inconvenience and then didn’t do my designs as I asked and left a large chunk out of my nail. This will be my last time coming here along with my mother. Poor service and the turn over in employees is horrible as well as the prices
