Took my aunt here for her birthday. My person that I got was very kind to me but The male yelled at my aunt for NO REASON!! And their pedicure Says 30 on their price chart and they charged me on 30 but then tried charging me 20$ more to get the to get the same exact thing that my aunt got done which I thought was really weird but it’s OK. My nails are really gorgeous and so are my aunts so in the end we got a good fun time out of it! AGAIN I LOVE MY NAILS!!! And the person that did mine was super sweet!! ❤️

I went in for a refill. The service was not good. The nail tech did not remove the old lifting acrylic and tried to put new acrylic over it. I stopped her and asked for it to be done correctly. She didn’t cover my whole nail with acrylic either. She offered to put crazy glue on my nails. I will not be patronizing this establishment in the future. She also charge my debit card a 3.5% fee when the sign CLEARLY STATES CREDIT CARDS WILL BE CHARGE 3.5% FEE.

Critical: Quality, ValueI started coming to nail lounge a few months ago and it quickly became one of my favorite spots however recently I’ve been noticing differential treatment between other customers and black customers. Every time I come when the nail tech is done he tells me I am finished and leaves my hands with dust and ashy, I asked him for lotion once and he put some in my hand for me to rub in however I noticed that with Caucasian customers their hands are lotioned, massaged and a hot towel is used. I also recently had 3 nails break within one week after telling him the nails were too thin, I had to get off from work and sit in a nail salon for them to be fixed. I started coming to nail lounge a few months ago and it quickly became one of my favorite spots however recently I’ve been noticing differential treatment between other customers and black customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. I came in today for a regular pedicure with acrylic tips on my Big Toes. I came in waited a little bit & sat down. I sat down & every couple minutes would get a whiff of this mildew/old smell like maybe the bowls or something was improperly cleaned. Before starting anything on my nails I explained to the manager exactly what I wanted so he understood me & repeated back what I wanted. I get through the entire pedicure & right before the painting process starts the manager comes back out to tell me they cannot do the acrylic tip at all because the guy who does it isn’t there & won’t be for another hour. Before when I would get it done at this location, which i come to at least 1 once a month, each person that did my nails knew how to do acrylic so I don’t know why all of a sudden it’s a specific person. This was an hour before I had to go to work so I didn’t have time to stay AT ALL. When they told me the guy wasn’t there, they didn’t offer any apologies & of course no type of $ off for the inconvenience. So basically I sat here getting an entire service that I didn’t want but didn’t find out until the end so all in all paying for a service because it was already done & NOT COMMUNICATED that I’m not able to get what I actually came in for! Do not come to this unprofessional DIRTY SALON! Save your money for someone else.
