The staff is very nice and they have an awesome selection of gel and regular polishes, however I am concerned about how they clean their tools. The nail file used on me also appeared to have been used before.Had a pedi done less than a week ago and ended up with two infected and ingrown toenails. Not coming back here, at least not for a pedi.

Nail Loft is fantastic. I am a loyal regular. Nail Loft is a small quaint nail salon located in the newer buildings in the Erie Station plaza on W. Henrietta Rd off of Erie station. I was most impressed by how sanitary the nail techs were in this salon.

Critical: Quality, ValueI just got my acrylics removed by Amy today and she popped them off by using a tip, didn’t ask what shape/ length I wanted my natural nails. My nails are damaged and there are two spots on my fingers where my nails have holes in them. I canny wear nail polish until the hikes grow out.
