She explained very patiently and why it was difficult to do nail art on classic normal (non gel), which I initially planned to do, which is really not commonly done anymore. She also asked and understand why I didnt didnt want to do gel this time round. She helped me with the colours combination & arrangement for a Christmassy feel despite the lack of nail art.She was so welcoming and nice!Oh and she had a caucasian customer after me while I was waiting for my nails to dry, and she went to change the radio station from 1003 to Class 95. That’s really some customer-centric service. I’m so impressed and will recommend her/this place to everyone. I seldom give review on retail businesses. But my wife and I really felt the services and attitudes provided by the staffs were so good that we felt bad if we don’t promote. We went down to their shop for the 2nd time today (1st time 3 weeks ago was also good, that’s why we went back). We like our 1st time experiences so much that we booked for the 2nd time. Cat, who did my wife’s nails is very attentive and friendly. She made my wife feel very welcomed and comfortable. Very skilful art work done on my wife’s nails. Her colleague, Frances who did my facial treatment was also very friendly and skillful. She able to do a very accurate assessment on my skin condition and custom made a facial mask for my skin type. Felt really good after the treatment. The Shop is clean and bright. Located on the 2nd floor. My wife and I really like the services provided and decided to purchase 2 packages with them (1 for facial and 1 for nails). They are totally not pushy. We brought on our own free will. Please go try it. You will not regret it. Cheers.

I went there to have classic gel mani pedi, after 3 days I notice that my hand nails cuticles haven’t clean or cut. Then went to other nail spa, they said doesn’t look classic gel done but looks express gel only:( they even got so many cuticles on my nails 🙁 money waisted at the nail lodge serangoon Nail painting

Tried my luck and dropped by on a weekday morning (about 2 weeks ago) without making any appointment with them. Tried their classic pedicure for the first time. Good service, quality pedicure. Prices are very reasonable also. Most importantly, I did not encounter pushy sales tactics during my visit. I am very particular about this and would not hesitate to boycott any nail salons that promote hard-selling or pushy sales tactics.

Made an appointment at the recommendation of my friend; Irene was super attentive to detail and extremely gentle with my hands and feet. Even when she filed my usually painful corns and did the cuticles, I didn’t even feel anything. I nearly fell asleep. Catherine was really bubbly and cheerful and made me laugh while Irene was busy with my nails.
