Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI had an gel manicure done. I was really happy with the service until 3 days after. The gel polish was chipping off. I called and asked for them to fix it. Debbie was the one that did my nails and she fixed it. She tried telling me that the gel polish will only stay if I got the powder dip or acrylic nails which will cost an additional $38. I had already paid $30 for my gel manicure 3 days ago. She tried tell me that she will take the blame this time while she was fixing my nails but if it happens again it will be my fault not hers??? Wow. The next day my polish was lifting I had to fix it myself. Someone recommended me coming here because the nail place I normally went to went out of buisness because of the pandemic. Ok so it was 6 pm and my mom had mentioned to me she hadn’t had her toes done since quarantine started and her toes were hurting her. So we seeked our normal nail shop unfortunately they went out if business. Luckily i found this gem nail shop that was so amazing to us. They treated us so well. They took their time. They made me and my mom feel welcome. Even though they were about to close. They stayed open to give us a little extra tlc. The nails came out great. The pedicure waa amazing. If you have time to get your nails done i highly recommend this place. Also the price was so good I had to make sure that they charge me for everything we got. I got a full set with gel acrylic nails. My mom got a spa manicure pedicure with gel. Barely over 100$ they were so amazing. Please support this small family-owned business they are amazing and they really take their time and go out of their way. They took out ingrown toenails for my mom and they didn’t even hurt her.

My pedicure started with ice cold water. The sink on my foot spa did not have bubbles like the other ones nor did it have LED lights like the other ones. When I asked for them to put hot water the other workers starting giving me an attitude and the water wasn’t replaced but a tiny bit of warm water was put into the cold water. It was never even really warm. I paid extra for the extra massage and callus remover. The girl that was doing a pedicure only put callus remover on my heels when I asked if she was going to do my foot by my toes… more attitude…at this point I asked if she was new or training and they just say yes and started speaking in another language . There was no extra massage, in fact all the girl did was rub lotion on my legs and feet. That’s not a massage the last time I checked. I was annoyed at that, and then the guy who did my fill rushed through the entire thing, he puts my left hand under the UV light 6 times and my right hand only twice. They charged me $30 for a fill which I thought was outrageous and he said it was because the length of my nails were long. In my opinion they’re medium at best but I wasn’t willing to argue that at that point. My friend that went with me got a full set and it was $38 …

Tommy does a great job I posted pics I got black and white coffin full set gel polish for $38. The owner is aggressive but not over the top just is looking to know what you want so he can make sure you get what you pay for.Best nail salon so far.

These people are very terribly rude!!! Specially the owner the lady in the front that charges all the customers she will stand there when it’s time to pay for their terrible service arguing with you left & right!! They let their customers walk out dissatisfied with the lousy service that they provide! If you have a critic with the service or if they make mistakes weather it be on your toes with a gel pedicure or on your hands with a fill gel manicure, they don’t attempt to fix it when you bring it to their attention instead they allow you to walk out of there dissatisfied! Us customers are paying for good nail work & good customer service, it’s not like their doing the work on us for free!! I will not set foot there again!! And I most definitely NOT!!! I REPEAT NOT!!!………Recomend this place girls!!

This place is a complete ripoff! I should call the better business bureau. The first time I went there they did an okay job on my nails. I got a full set and paid $35, which I thought was reasonable. They told me that fill ins would be $15. Again the price seemed reasonable. While I was there the lady in charge got into it with a customer. She quoted a price then changed it once they got started. I thought she changed the price because the customer wanted a different shape, but figured I’d missed key parts of the conversation to know what was really going on. It was apparent that the owner/woman in charge had a terrible attitude and talked terribly to the customer, and the customer seemed livid! Dyer she left she came back in with her boyfriend and there seemed to be quite a ruckus at the front of the shop for a few minutes, but we didn’t really hear what was said. My friend and I laughed it off. The next time I came in for a fill in. The lady that did my nails kept hurting me (pushing real hard on my cuticles, over trimming cuticles and kept hitting my cuticles with the drill bits) and I kept yelling out, but laughing and joking about how she was trying to kill me. My friend decided she didn’t want to get her nails done because of it. Eventually I talked my friend into getting her nails done once they had someone available to do it. I kept joking and playing about my experience to ease her apprehension. Then came time to pay. The owner/lady in charge said it was going to be $45 each….FOR A FILL IN!!! I told her they had said it would be $15 last time , but she insisted it was $45 because the colors we had used were “gel”. I told them I oritpaid $35, how could it be “gel” suddenly and cost more than before. She did not relent. We argued for about 5 minutes. She did not relent. In the end I paid the $90. What else could I do? I guess this is pretty much what happened to the upset customer I witnessed on my first visit. God I wish she would post a review of her own. Those people that run that salon are con artists. Terrible terrible terrible!!!

I loved this place, I was recommended by a friend. Usually the nail chips off after 2 weeks and then I have to go in, but not here. It’s been almost 3 weeks and NO Chipping. They are clean, and very friendly. They even offer complimentary water, Wich I appreciate.
