This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I have been going for years and today I got the owner to do my nails. I asked for very square. I got rounded tips and awful shapes not even straight. I called her out on it and she denied it. It took me an hour and a half to get a fill because she spent my whole appointment concerned with answering phones and calling customers. The wait time was over 2 hours and they couldn’t get anyone to answer and come in. I’m going on a cruise to Alaska and I am going to try and get them fixed by another salon tomorrow as they look awful.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI would not recommend to go this place for fill in acrylic nails, specially if it’s a long wait. I didn’t care to wait 20 min since I walk in (no appointment) but that’s not a reason to treat clients like that. Like I can tell the only thing the lady wanted was to take my money and the ppl money who was walking in asking when they should come back. She was in a hurry trying to get everything done , like I was someone who she just wanted to get rid of. As soon as she got my nails “done”, she ran to the register and just waited inpatient for me to pay and she didn’t even remove the growth of my nails underneath the acrylic. I got in my car and start looking at my nails and went back and ask her if she was supposed to remove the growth of my nails underneath the acrylic, she take a look and just pointed the chair next to the client she was working on after I walked out. I was really upset that I told her to leave it like that and I was no coming back. thought I was found my main place to get my nails done, cuz last time I got a fill in; the guy who worked there did an amazing job and he asked me often if I like how my nails were looking while in the process. It’s sucks being disappointed like this from this place. I’m so upset because why she keep taking ore customers whenever she knows that she doesn’t have the time to do it? They always do a great job with their pedicures and they get you in and out pretty quickly. The staff is very nice as well.

Most unprofessional workers!! Most of them don’t have the technique, you cannot make an appt…..when you sign in, they tell you an hour, then another hour, then you realize they’re just taking other clients ahead of you. No organization, Nail job is a mess!! Stay away for your own good. There are multiple salons in the area and they are significantly better with their execution.

I come here once a month for the last year. I drive a far distance to get here. All of the nail techs are good, I’ve never had a problem with any of them. I get my nails done by a different person everytime and they all are Excellent. Alot of gel colors to choose from. I have NO complaints! All of the nail techs are knowledgeable and detail oriented.

Go somewhere else. They were so rude & fast. I now have an infection on my toenail because they were digging at what they thought was a ingrown toenail after telling them multiple times it was not ingrown i had surgery there when i was younger to stop the ingrown nails the lady wouldn’t stop. i now i have more issues then when i went in there.
