I used to enjoy getting my nails done here but much has changed over the last year. There has been a staffing change (owners wife and sister-in-law are no longer there they are amazing nail techs) now find things are sloppy, rushed, and rude. During my final visit I was left with rough edges and waves on my nails and a hard lump on the side of one nail while I was there a fight broke out the owner didn’t handle it well (thankfully a client stepped in and calmed the situation down).

Horrible experience! I asked for my nails to be shaped more narrow and was told that was not possible. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and have always requested more narrow. Instead I get these ugly, bulky nails. I asked the guy to clean up the polish he left on my fingers and this is what I’m left with. Let me not forget that Phillip suggested I use lotion because my fingers were ashy and not that he got polish all over my fingers. A total insult! My pedicure is just as bad. Now I will have to spend more money to get their work corrected. This place is conveniently located near my home but I will never, ever go back!!

This salon is an experience! I thoroughly enjoyed my time here from start to finish. When I pulled up to the salon I was a bit apprehensive as I am from Houston and very particular about my nails and haven’t been able to find a salon that I like while I’m in town for a turnaround. Philip is the one that did my nails and he did an amazing job the shape is perfect the design is beautiful and I’m extraordinarily happy. He’s also funny as hell. It’s got a total party vibe and they offered me a daiquiri as soon as I walked through the door. I am super grateful because I was the last one in the shop and he still really took his time it’s a really simple design but can be very difficult to achieve and it looks like a machine did my nails. I will definitely be back next week for a Phil and then we can do a design on the next visit after that because he is my new nail artist

I wish I would have read the reviews before going to this establishment. Trust me when I say this DO NOT GO THERE. If there was an option for zero stars it would have been selected. The nail tech Phillip who did my nails tries to come across as being nice but he was totally unprofessional, rude and condescending. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 years and never have been treated the way I did at this place. He left shellac polish on my fingers and got upset when I asked if he could remove it. Then turned around and blamed me for messing the nails up when he didn’t do it right from the beginning.

I went to get a refill on my nails and it costs 95 dollars for just a refill. To get the full set cost me 80. How does that make sense. My nails aren’t long and regardless they have prices on the wall and don’t even go by those. I will not be going back. Most places chatge 30 dollars for a refill. Or maybe they just do that to new people because they simply can. I never bee. More disgusted and I couldn’t get what I wanted because they “didn’t have that color or material for my nails”.
