My first visit here and I must say I was very skeptical after reading reviews that weren’t so good,but because of the location and me really needing my nails done I gave them a try. I was absolutely over pleased!! I always like it simple and cute so I get the pink and white with the square shaped short overlay. This guy was awesome and very professional. I can’t remember his name,but he’s at the first station to the right when you walk in (if that’s his regular station). He’s maybe late 30’s,early 40’s and kind of on the tall side. He did an amazing job. I think it’s been nearly a month now so I’m over due for a fill in,but I’ll try to go tomorrow (Thanksgiving) if they’re open. My nails have grown so I need a fill in,but otherwise they would still look good as far as the coating itself. Found my new shop! I hope your experience is as pleasant as mine was.

Rude. The lady who did my feet had an attitude. When it was time for me to put my foot in the wax bag she slapped my foot because I wasn’t holding my foot how she wanted. I the requested a different person to do my nails & he said he wasn’t working. I have been going here for a year and this is my second bad experience. They are quick to catch attitudes with black women but have no problem with taking our money. I won’t be going back.

I was apprehensive to get my nails fixed but after 3 days and 5 nails chipped on a no chip manicure, I called to get them fixed. When I got there, there was no apology. The tech was very, very rough on my nails. One nail wasn’t fixed but instead filed down. On another, only the top layer was fixed. And instead of using 3 coats, the tech did 2 which was noticeable compared to the others.

My wife comes here. But occasionally, a brutha can’t reach his toenails due to his big belly, a man needs some help. Unruly toenails digging into your shoes can be outright uncomfortable. It was Father’s day weekend, so I went for it. So glad I did. The young lady hooked me up with a honey and sugar scrub pedicure, at my wife’s recommendation. I walked out feeling like a new man. Yes .

this was absolutely the worst service i ever received here on 95th cicero. First the guy doing my pedicure (lemon fresh) left the sea salt scrub on my foot and leg and put the lotion on i told him that’s not right he act like i didn’t hear me and continued to put lavender wax on my foot (lemon fresh ) never washing the scrub off just wiped it off.he preceeded to do my nail dip like one has ever done it my nails were lumpy and dusty and started to put oil on my hands ,I said are you done he said yes ,I was this ain’t right I’ve had this done 3 times this is wrong.long story short he call the manager who defended his bad work and the manager finished the job . don’t defend your people when they are clearly doing a poor job.i expect quality work when I’m paying for a service not talking mess about me in your language (assumed)when I’m paying
