I did not get serviced, I left! Went in wanting to try out this new shop, it looks ok inside but these prices are outrageous, just to add no chip to a pedicure is $30. I visit nail salons every two weeks and get fill in/pedi w no chip topcoat, what I would’ve spent here I have never spent for just a fill in/pedi, walked out after adding this up and already knowing they don’t honor these prices anyways from the reviews I already read. Can’t judge their customer service but definitely take a step back and realize it is over priced.

I was excited to try the Nail Lab as it was new, clean and has reasonable prices. I started going there in May around the time they opened. My first experience was ok. Within 2-3 weeks I returned for a no chip fill-in and a no chip pedicure. The girl who did my pedicure didn’t seemed very knowledgeable. She began scraping the bottom of my feet before putting them in the water. I asked her to wet my feet first and she became very aggravated telling me, “no this is how you do a pedicure”. She finally listened to my request after I refused to let her continue. It was the WORST pedicure that I ever experienced. Instead of the owner listening to my concern he made excuses and tried to tell me I had never had a proper pedicure.

This is when I wish you could give 0 stars. Joy was my nail tech and she was decent until I asked her to fix a nail. She got a big attitude and said she couldn’t do my nails. What?!?! She then proceeded to move the acrylic powder to another station. Not a huge deal as Paul did a far better job then she was doing anyway. Next, I went to get my pedicure. The guy cut my toe not once but twice. Let’s just say, I won’t be going back. Save your money and go anywhere else.

Moved to the area from Lakeveiw, this place is 5 minutes from where I now live and wanted to give a shot. I have been getting no Chip manicures for years now and was the first time I noticed within 3 days my polish had come completely off on two nails. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to ask if they would fix, and they fixed the two nails. I expressed my concern about the other nails having the same effect with no solution from them. Sure enough over the next 3 days almost all of the nail polish had completely been removed. I have always known no chip to last roughly two weeks and within barely one week majority of my nails had been completely ruined. I went back to the salon to show them and expressed my frustration and the best she said she could do was to match the color the best she could on the nails that had peeled off, and that maybe I should have chose a different service. So no professionalism, no accountability, apologies, and basically wanted me walking around with Frankenstein nails. NO THANK YOU! I would advise choosing a different salon especially if getting no chip.

I decided to visit this place because it was so close to my home. I told them I wanted a soak off. They tried to take my nails off without the soak off. And ended up cutting my nails and they were hurting. I ask for eyebrows to be done. The lady joy did a terrible job on my eyebrows. And caused me to have swelling and bumps under my eyebrows. The place is nice. But I will not be going back. Their prices are very high.

Never been here but was looking for a later nail place. At 7:40pm rushed in to get a quick fill and cut down because I type at work. The lady in the front, first left station asked if she could help me. I said yes please, I just need a fill and cut down. She said Sorry were closed, come back tomorrow! (Why did she ask) It seems as though a lot of these places lack customer service because they think that we’ll come again. Nah…. No thank you.

I gave the experience 3 stars because they are very friendly and it is clean. I waited almost an hour for a pedicure because they didn’t have enough staff on a Sunday. I received a basic No chip pedicure for $50 and they don’t even apply lotion to your legs and feet, just the scrub. I may give it another try in a mad rush on a weekday for my nails .

I’ve visited this salon a few time my first experience was good then it went downhill from there. I go for the mani/pedi no chip the pedicure is always on point but the manicure are another story the polish is either lumpy or just a bad polish job altogether today I decided to give a full-set gel no chip a try after not having any in a good while and once again I’m disappointed the nails looked like I had gone to the store and purchased press on nails and did them myself I’m convinced now this is not the place for me.
